I absolutely love Port of Subs? The sandwiches are always fresh, but what really keeps me coming back is the Mayo-Must mix. Simple tasty and consistent, exactly what you want in a sandwich.

Best sandwiches! If you aren’t going for a craft sandwich shop & want a good fresh sliced meat sandwich then this is your place. The bread is soft, the toppings fresh, & the shakers (oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, & pepper) tops it off. I also really enjoy their lettuce wraps. You make any sandwich into a salad or wrap. They have hot sandwiches too. Sometimes they carry speciality breads & specialty sandwiches for the month. I’ve never had a bad sandwich at any of the Port of Subs locations.

I hate when you order extra meat and they dont provide it and you call them on it and all.you get is a denial.
30 bucks should get you more than 1/4 pound of meat. Never again and that goes for the whole chain. Ive been a customer from the beginning.

I went here for lunch the other day, very long line. Once it was my turn to order the lady cutting meats coughed roughly all over the meats and cheeses then asked what I will be ordering. Long story short I will not be returning. Also the owner there always seemed to be in a awful mood.

Close at 6pm on the weekends. Im not sure who’s idea that was, but it’s extremely inconvenient and unwise. Going to a different location that’s actually open.

I literally eat here 2 times a week minimum. It’s fast and fresh in addition to it’s consistency. All the things I’m after on my lunch break. They have good bread specials, and it’s nice to have the same old thing, but great to be able to switch it up once and a while. I get the 24 inch sandwich so I can enjoy it twice in a day also! I’ve talked to a few people, and they seem to like their job. I think food is made with care. It shows here! Thanks for the great sandwiches and keep up the good work.

Port of Subs used to make a great sandwich, but ever since the original owners sold out its gone downhill fast. I only got 4 slices of chicken on a medium sandwich, and thats standard. I had to ask for extra lettuce and even with extra vinegar I still couldn’t taste it, like they watered it down. Jersey Mike’s is a much better deal for the price. So sad to see this place go down so much.

I was really shocked by the price at first for a 12 in hoagie/sub. They don’t express how wide the bread is. I ordered my sandwich at 1:12, didn’t get out until 1:40. The bread was not worth the, they need to change bakery or charge less. I asked for pickles and believing that I didn’t get any, until the end. The tuna was so bland my cat didn’t want it. Service was seriously while a kiosk ask for a tip. Why would a robot ask me for a tip if it is there for efficiency, unprovoked by an hourly individual, one that understands why tips are provided. Robots don’t need money they need efficiency, reason for the build and purchase by a company to get customer service. I waited way too long. The only good thing I can say that the sandwich was good size for the money. I didn’t want a sliced bread, they cut it in half as well as diagnol? Shredded lettuce is too messy and takes way more time to prepare. Romas are a better sammich tomato. Or plumbs, you pick same thing. I wanted pickles on the hoagie, but you put it at end! Go open a new bag of pickles. You taking orders! The robot that wants tips is doing 17.5 percent of your work minus 100% customer care and service.

my family and I have been using this location for a while now, and now because of the convenience of the location we order from work too, although customer service has not been the greatest, we have continued to use this location. Today My mom and I went in to order and the lady seemed to be in a bad mood or something. I don’t expect to have them smiling and bouncing off the wall with joy, but today she seemed like she was forcefully working. I ordered my first 2 sandwiches and she was very short with answering to what I was asking about the sandwich. I then proceeded to order more sandwiches, but she had a bad attitude and seemed to be annoyed that I was ordering more. I asked if she was okay or having a bad day, which she sharply responded that she had not had her coffee.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this deserved one. The staff was super friendly, but my issue was with other problems. I ordered a vegetarian wrap, so obviously I don’t eat meat. They tried to start my sandwich while helping someone in front of me who was ordering about 5 subs. They were laying my wrap on top of these open sandwiches with meat of them and kept moving it around. I would have happily waited until they were finished helping this customer so my wrap could lay on the counter, not someone else’s salami. Then they were serving avocado that was obviously brown – it did not taste good. To top it off, I found a piece of plastic in my wrap after a few bites. Very unsatisfying.
