My office is close came 2 days in a row. first day the lady named Poonam was micro managing the worker. 2nd day she was very rude. I asked for extra onions she didn’t want to put them on then said There’s an extra charge. Which is fine but why be rude. Find better management. Lost a customer.

The cashier completely ignored my dad and pretended he wasn’t there. She even talked to the other people in line BEHIND him. Then she had the nerve to be surprised when he didn’t leave a tip.

We ordered a catering order for almost $200 and it was terrible. The bread was old and stale and the brownies were not fully cooked. Also, when I contacted the restaurant to ask about the dressing for the salad she said I told you that you would receive mayonnaise and mustard on the side. I explained to her that I understood that and those items were for the sandwiches however we did not receive any dressing for the salad and she said well it is here and you can pick it up. I understand it is a difficult location however we were having a business meeting and the food was definitely not up to standard.
