The chicken fajita burrito was delicious, with tender juicy and freah meat. They were really big portions, I couldn’t finish the whole thing so have leftovers to enjoy. Also grabbed a bag of bunuelos which were a tasty treat. It was a really nice, clean restaurant with a cute little covered patio area perfect for eating authentic Mexican food on a sunny San Diego day.

Extremely small portion sizes especially for hungry men…Data consistently shows men eat fast food more frequently and spend more on it than women, especially younger men, often choosing it for lunch. Corn tortillas were excellent, rice and beans are delicious but only 1/3 the size they should be, French fries were great but looked like a Childs size portion. Rice and beans are incredibly cheap staples for Mexican restaurants because they are low-cost, not sure why “Porkyland” would give such small portions and drive away their number one customer…hungry young men. Panda and most Chinese fast food places give you very large portions of rice and chow mien.

Whether it’s a great fish taco, carne asada burrito, or a meal for the family, I’ve come to rely on the delicious food at Porkyland. I love that they make the food to order – it always fresh and tasty. And they are always to happy to accommodate customizing their items for me. Food is fantastic – prices are great – and there’s plenty of parking too.

The breakfast burritos were delicious! We tried the chorizo burrito and the bacon and egg burrito. The portion sizes were filling and fairly priced. The salsa was flavorful and a great addition to the burrito and even better with the chips.

My order is almost always missing something and making any changes just cause confusion. Two bowls with nothing added were $35.

This place needs to go away so something better can come.

California burrito was really really good. I’ve tried some other things and the quinoa bowl wasn’t my favorite. Service was really nice and food came out very quick so that’s a big plus!

every few years i go back to porkyland to see if the quality changed. this is the pico de gallo they gave me.

owners of porkyland, please dont let .30 cents in condiments tarnish your restaurant.

cilantro does not look like that from sitting in a box for 10 mins while i drove back to work. this pico is from yesterday……

SD Natives in the area – the ratings are for real – Stay Away! Overpriced, skimpy with their guacamole, watery salsa. No bueno.

This franchise location rivals Nico’s for worst burrito in the area. Congrats, Porkyland.

I had the California Burrito. Carne asada, french fries, guacamole, sour cream. I know what you’re thinking, french fries in a burrito? It was outstanding! The tortilla was thinner than paper and oh so tasty. This is a counter service establishment. They have a lot of choices and everybody enjoyed what they ordered. My sister said the enchiladas were some of the best she has ever had, and she’s from Arizona, so that says a lot! The kid who took our order had loads of personality and was very helpful.

I ordered California burrito and the quality of the food is normal but I really liked their salsa bar and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Also they offer hand sanitizer on each table which is really nice.
