For out of towners like me – this is a food truck at a brewery.
We got the one meat platter with ribs and the big tupper.
One meat platter: Ribs were very dry and tough, worst part of the plate. Mac & cheese was very good, well seasoned, a little bit of heat (but I’m a wimp), pulled pork beans were great as was the cornbread. ($24)
Big tupper: potatoes were very dry, worse part of the dish, burnt ends were tender and well flavored but a bit inconsistent- others were more dry, could have used more peppers and onions. Wouldn’t get again. ($23)
Take away – I’d get burnt ends as my meat on my platter and be very happy. Service was quick, employees very friendly. Racquette River Brewing is a very cool location – love the big area for everyone to eat & the games inside for kids. Live music is always welcome. A bit loud but overall worth a visit!

Pork Busters catered our teachers’ holiday party at Raquette River Brewery, and everything was fantastic. The food stayed hot, was replenished as needed, and tasted amazing—especially the pulled pork, mashed potatoes, and cornbread. Professional, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Porkbusters BBQ catered our annual fire department member appreciation dinner recently and they DID NOT disappoint! (They never do) The Spread was incredible from the prompt timing of the drop off by Chef Hank..(hot and ready to go) all the way down to the bottles of sauces which are amazing! Definitely recommend trying them the next time you see one of the food trailers, or reach out to them about there many different catering options! The porkbusters team is the best!

This review is regarding their food truck at racquet River Brewing location . We ordered their buffalo nachos….. And they were just Tostitos with some inexpensive cheese poured on and chicken parts along with a few jalapenos. They were okay at best. Would not reorder those anyways.

Pork Busters catered a dinner for our volunteers at our office location. The food was super delicious – we had pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, corn bread and cole slaw. Everyone enjoyed the food and Chef Hank was wonderful.

Pork Busters was such a hit at our Alumni Weekend event. Hank was so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and we received so many compliments from the attendees. There were about 250 people eating and portions were hearty. Highly recommend Pork Busters for events!

Came to pork busters in tupper lake 2/18 @4pm maybe 25 people here, only person in line waited for about 10 minutes then knocked on the window to receive a disgusted “wait a minute” finger…. Not dealing with that in cold temperatures just take my order and I will wait for food to be done! Been here many times ordered pork busters many times.

We went to the Oktoberfest at Tupper Lake this past weekend and ordered food at their food truck. The menu on the TV was hard to read unless you were directly in front of it. My husband and I decided to share a meal since we were not very hungry. We ordered the brisket handheld and an order of coleslaw. We found a table to sit at and looked in the bag and there wasn’t any plastic ware to eat the coleslaw. So I headed back to the food truck and waited a couple minutes before I could ask for the plastic ware. Seems to me they should automatically have put it in there since I ordered coleslaw. The coleslaw wasn’t very good and actually pretty awful tasting. I don’t think there was any mayo or seasonings on it. We each had one bite and threw it away. The brisket sandwich was cold and wasn’t tasty either. There was sauce on it but apparently not enough. Tasted just like plain brisket. We did eat it since we shared the sandwich and we were almost two hours away from home and didn’t want to stop anywhere else on the way home. Hopefully the other food was better for the people they were serving . I had other bbq from food trucks that tasted much better. We were just disappointed with our food. I wish I didn’t give them a tip.

My husband and I hired PorkBusters for our wedding recently and it was one of the BEST decisions that we made! Mike and his team we so kind, communicative, and made sure to answer all of our questions. The entire team was so helpful and flexible and the food was INCREDIBLE! They set everything up and packaged all of the left overs for us so we didn’t have to worry about a thing on our big day. All of our guests were raving about how delicious everything was and my husband and I were so excited to take our leftovers home. I could not recommend this company more from the wonderful team to the delicious BBQ (and I know good BBQ – I’m from GA)! The absolute best decision and experience for our wedding!
