Good spot! Tried the sampler, Brisket was good, chicken was pull off the bone, pulled work was very juicy, good mac And cheese and coleslaw. Real star of the show, the Ribs! Only regret is I got half rack, wish I would have gotten the full instead for later! Worth checking out.

Pork U is a tiny barbecue take-out joint on Memorial Highway in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Veteran-owned and family operated, their menu features barbecue staples such as brisket, ribs. chicken, pulled pork as well as sides that include baked beans, mac and cheese, and more.
We arrived between 5:30 and 6 p.m. on a Saturday. There were no other customers ahead of us, so after a quick view of the menu, we decided on the brisket sandwich and a side of mac and cheese.
The brisket was very flavorful and tender, and the unassuming bun was nice and fresh. The mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy.
Pork U offers a variety of weekly specials to include armadillo eggs (diced jalapeños in a blend of seasoned cheeses, and encased in bacon-wrapped sausage). Soups are also for sale.
Pork U is a great place to go for a quick take-out meal. One can also follow their Facebook page for menu updates. One will surely return after their initial experience.

First time trying Pork U BBQ. I went with the Brisket meal which came with 2 sides. I chose Mac n cheese and cornbread. They had 2 sauces available so I got one of each. I liked the vinegar based sauce the best but keep in mind that it does have a nice kick to it. The brisket sandwich was huge and delicious.

Took my family here for some smoked BBQ. We mainly ordered brisket sandwiches and a couple of pulled pork sandwiches. Everybody ordered the meal which comes with two sides, Mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, cornbread.
The dinners were delicious and hot. The meat was tender, smokey, and generously portioned. The sauces were very tasty and spicy: I recommend the tangy sauce. The baked beans were very tasty: they had a nice zip to them. The Cole slaw was very good (minor gripe the sauce was a tad watery) nothing to get too disappointed with, just stir the slaw a bit to mix the sauce in. The Mac and cheese was very good: if you like a nice creamy cheesey mix you are in luck.
The two servers were on point with our orders and very friendly. Sodas, water, and teas were available as well. With meals and drinks under $20 per person you can’t go wrong.
If I had a complaint it would be there is no dining area but with limited space and parking I get it. I’ll definitely be back for more soon.

1. The beef brisket was very juicy, tender, and smoked to perfection. The beef brisk does have a strong peppercorn taste because It is rubbed With peppercorns before smoking.

5. I prefer the sweet sauce over the spicy sauce But I like both. The spicy sauce does taste more like buffalo sauce.

I’m impressed!!! I wasn’t super hungry when my son was ordering food so I sat with him in his car while he ate. I asked if I could try the pulled pork and it was perfect. Exactly what I would want a pulled pork to taste like. I went in to get my own and I’m very happy. It’s also a bonus that that people working there have really nice and friendly personalities!! I’m thankful for this restaurant. May God bless their business!!

These folks have an uncanny ability to render fat out of brisket, keep chicken moist, and pulled pork tender. Get the sampler box and try everything! Corn muffins are made with fresh beekeeper honey as well as the sauce. Large amount of portions for a very reasonable price. Repeat customer for sure. Keep up the great work!

Excellent place to grab BBQ! From the moment you step out of your car and you smell the aroma, it’s quite the experience. The baked potato is definitely something you should try!! Everything tasted fresh and the portion sizes are commendable. I will put this in my rotation of restaurants in NEPA.

Killer food and fast service! Big portions for a reasonable price! They had a lot of silly bbq signs inside that made the short wait fun! I definitely recommend the sampler, that chicken was to die for, and I’m kinda picky about Cole slaw but it was SOOO yum, everything was yum! I also recommend trying both sauces, separate and mixing them! 10000000/10! I will be back!
