I have been waiting patiently for this place to open and it did not disappoint at all! The sandwich was literally perfect. I ordered the “eat like nobody is watching” , every component was fresh and balanced, the bread was incredible. We can’t wait to go back. I’ve lived in simi a very long time and can honestly say this restaurant is a foodie gift to our town.

Went for the soft opening and holy cow, the sandwiches were unbelievable!!! Had the hot meatball and a traditional Italian (#3 I believe) – meatballs were phenomenal and the fresh bread is so so so good. The entire menu leaves you wanting to come back and try every other sandwich. Staff was extremely friendly and the spot itself is so nice as well. It will absolutely be one of our regular spots. Simi needed this! Can’t wait to go back.

So good! We ordered two sandwiches, a pizza, and lasagna. Bread on sandwiches tasted straight from Italy (IYKYK). Authentic Margherita: great sauce, high quality ingredients. Also tried the Arancini and Cesare salad. Everything was on point, balanced, and elevated. Can’t wait to come back and try more.
