The vegetarian taco and enchiladas were okay, not the best I have had but still good. The margarita was very good and was recommended by our waiter, who was really friendly and checked in on us often. Chips and salsa were not provided, but we ordered them and they gave us an array of three salsas which were all tasty. Overall a nice experience.

The food was amazing; however, the customer service left much to be desired.
I walked by and noticed they had a reasonably good happy hour, so I decided to go in. They offer a set of two tacos, with different types available for the same price. When I asked if I could order two different types (I wasn’t hungry for two sets) the waiter informed me that it wasn’t possible. I eventually asked to speak with the manager. Despite the waiter trying to dissuade me from doing so, the manager eventually came over. After a conversation that took longer than necessary, she agreed that I could order two different types.
Unfortunately, this restaurant is not very accommodating. Additionally, their prices are higher than they should be making it not a place I’d even want to come back to if the service was better.

I stopped in for brunch with my partner and we had a great meal together. The food was excellent! Caesar was our server and he did a fantastic job! He was very nice and knowledgeable on the menu and my partner and I will definitely be coming back.

Feels Like Home Again. ❤️
I revisited Poquitos specifically because I heard that Chef Rudy and much of the fantastic former team from Mezcaleria had moved here, and I’m so glad I did!
Trying the food felt like coming home again. I’m genuinely happy and impressed with the experience. The care, attention to detail in the new dishes, and the service from the staff in Capitol Hill are truly excellent. You can feel the passion they put into it.
I highly recommend Poquitos, especially for brunch – it was outstanding. It’s quite possibly become my favorite spot for Mexican food in Seattle once again. Everything from the salsas and desserts to the cocktails and main dishes was masterful. ✨

The happy hour here is fantastic. The nachos are to die for–add some meat on top and you’ll love it! The Al Pastor tacos are also excellent. And the drinks, too! Love the margarita and caipirinha.

This used to be my go to spot for great baja fish tacos but they now no longer serve them fried! On top of that, you now only get 2 tacos and not 3 for your entree. Can’t recommend paying $25+ for two tacos to anyone

Came in for a late lunch around 2pm. Not busy at all and we got sat right away. The menu seemed rather limited, but this may be because it was Sunday and still during brunch. The service was friendly, but not attentive at all. My wife and I got the tres amigos (three dips with tortilla chips) and the bean dip and queso were good. The tomato salsa was fine, but nothing special. I ordered the carne asada street tacos which were tasty, but very small for the price and came with about a 4 fl.oz portion of rice & beans. My wife ordered the grilled Baja fish tacos and the fish was super fishy and obviously had gone bad. We sat for about 30 minutes with empty drink glasses trying to flag down our server to tell them that the fish had gone bad so maybe my wife could order something else. By the time we finally flagged someone down we were ready to just get out of there. We still paid for the rotten fish tacos even after informing the server that it was inedible.. I work in the restaurant industry and understand that it was slow and they probably had minimal staff on the clock, but when we were one of maybe four tables in the whole restaurant they need to do better. It should be standard protocol to check in with a table after the first bite or two, not to mention that we absolutely would have ordered another round of drinks had they been around to take our order.
