The jumbo shrimp batter was very salty,pd $38 for 2- 8 piece jumbo shrimp . We threw them out and went to shorty smalls. I do not recommend this food restaurant. When I called to ask to speak with someone. I was informed no one was available to talk with me. We were the only black customers. For take out. Now I know why? Please take my advice if you are hungry avoid this place. Food very salty. Not good if high b/p.

I have nothing but GOOD things to say about this place! Our first time here after taking a Saturday drive. First impression was, I’m gonna like this place. Food was right on spot! The service was excellent and atmosphere was really relaxed. Our next visit we’re bringing a coupe of friends to try the catfish Thank you pops for a very enjoyable lunch!

Husband and I stopped in and got the 2 piece fish special that comes with 3 hushpuppies, slaw, and fries and a mushroom philly cheesesteak w/fries. Food was delicious, service was excellent, and estastablishment was very clean. Will be back to support this family owned business.

Been here a couple times and the food always hits! Me and my dad had the catfish special and it was FIRE . you can’t beat there prices either. I wish i had asked our waitresses name(she’s got the nose piercings and dark hair) to hype her up and get her a raise, she greeted everyone with a great big smile, was very accommodating and fast!

Visited this cute place for the 1st time last night. I had the fish sandwich & fries & my husband had the cheesesteak & fries. The fish was thin, crispy, well-seasoned, & hot! The food was so good & fresh! We also got a side of red beans & rice & fried green tomatoes. They were both delicious! I hope they expand their menu a little & maybe add desserts like pie &/or ice cream. Service was great too! Will definitely be back!

After looking this place up on my phone. Reading all the 5 start reviews. Talking to people, listening to good things people said about this place. Besides some people telling me its open on Mondays. 6 days a week. From 11-8. I double checked on my phone seeing that it’s open on Mondays on my phone. I had been hungry for some good catfish for awhile. Then driving up from Cabot, caught smack in the middle of afternoon rush hour traffic. It took 2 hours to get here. Then, when I finally pull in the parking lot not seeing one single car. You can’t even imagine how mad and pissed off i was.

WOW. Wow, wow, WoW!! We always try mom n pop shops vs. Big name diners, and I am NOT disappointed! It’s 2024 my expectations were low, let me tell you what we were more than impressed. Hubby got a 3 piece fish meal, and the fish size was unexpected, but the taste was fresh, wasn’t dry, and filled my big man up! I got a chicken sandwich with fried Okra. As northern-born Okra is a tasty treat, we don’t have fresh okra, I’m OBSESSED.
