Biggest “eating out” regret of my life! I was told by 1 or 2 people that it’s pretty good, so I decided to bring my kids and nieces and nephews after a soccer game. They advertised Umpqua ice cream, which I love! So I ordered a cone for each of the kids, which was about $3 a scoop, somewhere around there. Too much anyway! I witnessed the guy scooping out the ice cream from a generic brand tub, I think it was Lucerne. False advertising! And you can buy an entire tub of that for $3. I ordered a milkshake and didn’t like it, so I gave it to my nephew because he usually eats everything but he didn’t like it either. The food is bland. Service is slow and rude people. Guy was trying to charge me more so I had to point out to him the prices advertised on the menu. Prices are way too high for what you get. My wallet hurt after leaving; it was such a waste of money. Should have gone to Woody’s instead. I have no idea how pops in and out survives. Probably loyal people who have low expectations and no taste buds. And the place is FILTHY. I mean it wouldn’t take much time or effort to clean up a little. I couldn’t find a clean place to sit down. Dirt, crumbs, napkins, cob webs everywhere. While like 5 people were there, including the owner, just standing around talking. Have some pride, jeez! And it’s a shame bcuz I like to support small local businesses but these people just seem to be not trying at all. It would make it better if at least the prices were lower or the food was better to even it out. But it’s not. Never going there again. And I would recommend to anyone I meet to never go there.

Man this place has sure changed, I used to love this hamburger. They changed they way they do their pattys and it wasn’t for the better. Right when I pulled the burger out of the bag I said this isn’t a basin burger it was half the diameter and the pattys were way to think not skinny buns are different. Go back to what you were doing before!

Incredibly slow service. Ice cream is old and tastes of ice crystals and dust. Crinkle fries are mushy inside and out. Did I mention slow service? Twenty minutes for a bag of unsalted fries and a shake I didn’t enjoy.

Great food! Not fast because they don’t precook things. Love the Basin Burger! It is HUGE!! Try the spudsters, but leave some for me!!! Support local businesses!

Hand cut fries are some of the best ever and the 6 inch burgers are very good. Just make sure you get the hand cut fries, not the frozen crinkle cut ones.

Bad quality of beef. Everything else was good but couldn’t bring ourselves to finish the beef Pattie in our burgers. Won’t be going back there

Food is horrible. I was startled when I received really thick battered onion rings. Honestly they looked like doughnuts. Price is terrible for what you receive.

This place is permanently closed, provably for good reason based on previous reviews.
