I hate leaving bad reviews so I called the store spoke with the manager about the bad food he apologized & said they would replace it.Today he himself did & the chicken was hot fresh golden brown & delicious the shrimp were well battered & perfectly seasoned. I see going at lunch times versus 20 mins before closing time makes a huge difference apparently. Either way I’m very satisfied with my combo plate.

We tried several dishes while visiting this city. Everything we ordered was made fresh, and tasted great. For all the business they get daily they definitely need a bigger space. People are literally on top of each other waiting on food. And parking is crazy. Other than that amazing food and service. It is not wheelchair accessible. They have a huge step to get into the building. Hopefully no one forgets that would be an ugly fall

This restaurant was recommended by my stylist. I called my order in for pickup and the process was smooth from start to finish. I ordered the 3piece catfish meal with cheese fries. The meal comes with a drink as well. This place is very popular and I will definitely be back when I’m in the area. Desserts, pickles, and candy is offered here as well. *LEMON PEPPER IS STANDARD ON THE FOOD AND FRIES UNLESS YOU SAY TO PUT IT ON THE SIDE. I asked for it on the side so I could sprinkle my desired amount on my food.

Pops is down with the get down!! They have friendly service and that’s saying a lot around here. It’s best to order ahead or you will be people watching with envy as people come and go with their food while you wait. The menu is vast! The seasoning is fire! The portions are good and it won’t break the bank. Meals even come with a soda. Be warned if u order loaded fries it comes like a salad. Catfish, whole wings and rice bowls have been a hit with my family so far. Take a menu and always order ahead…trust me!!

Have been going to pops for over a year now always love their fish and Fry’s until today if we hadn’t just got back from our trip I would’ve took it back up there. The Fry’s were old and burnt the fish had to much seasonings on it was very disappointed in this place today, might give another try.

Customer Service was exceptional!! & many establishments could take valuable lessons from them! from the moment we opened the door we were greeted & attentively taken care of. Everything was prepared fresh right in front of us & did not take long to prepare & pkg up at all.
The prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of food that U are given. I ordered a Beef Nacho, a Lg. Catfish Nuggets Platter, a Jack Salmon Filets/Gizzards Platter & Garden Salad, all of them came with Fries & Drinks & my bill was a lil’ over $29.
The food was delicious & very filling. I’m on my way to get a 5pc Whole Chicken Wings w/ Fries & another Beef Nachos, both are only $5 & come with a Drink. U can’t beat it!!! If ur in the area DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP!!!
