So I have never ordered a gas station steak but decided to try it. $13.99 for a ribeye, baked potato with cheese, Texas toast and a salad. SO GOOD I was concerned about them not asking how I wanted it – rare, medium rare, etc., but it was great, so soft and juicy, great flavor, just got this yesterday but going back again today haha 10/10 loved it

They do not listen. Messed my order up twice. No matter how many times I explained to them. I order 2 orders of lemon pepper wings. Whole wings. The 4 piece look like half wings. The 6 piece were hot. I didn’t ask for that. The dude then tried to make me accept what I didn’t ask for. So he made them over. By this time, on a Sunday, I missed my bus and had to wait another hr for the next one. Just to finally get home with super cold food and realized these damn ppl still had my ish wrong. SMH. Then I see lent n other particles on my cheese fries n my plate. Never again.

The food is good. I have had the Tilpa and the chicken wings. The wings are natural size, not big filled with hormones. The service is usually fast unless it is during lunch or the weekend.
The wait was longer than usual. I guess it was because it was Friday and there were a lot of phone orders before me. I ordered the tilapia sandwich by mistake, but it was on a delicious roll. A lot of bread.

I called in our order. When I arrived to the store I wasn’t sure how the process worked at this particular Pop’s so I asked the gentleman at the counter. He asked what we ordered, Rang it up, we paid for it took our ticket back to the kitchen/ deli area. One of the order cooks took our ticket, and our food was already ready and waiting! Got back to the office off Delmar and I was pleasantly surprised, Our wings and fries were still hot and fresh. Chicken Tenders were huge looked like whole chicken breast, not one of us was disappointed. We are already planning our next visit! Prices are more than reasonable for the amount of food you are given!

I ordered a t-bone steak meal..The steak wasn’t a t-bone.. nor a ribeye..I don’t know what piece of steak it was..It was dry and rough to cut and had a nasty seasoning on it. Actually tasted like it was spolied.The best part of the meal was the garlic bread and the baked potato..And they forgot my soda..Smh.. I will never order from this place again!

Update below: Manager has a stank attitude, and instead of listening to the questions the customer had to ask, she continued to cut me off and hang up on me, which is not good customer service at all. She did not answer my question, hence why i had to ask again because she was not answering the question i was actually asking and was too busy talking over me to hear it. It is very disrespectful to talk OVER customers. She was there at 7:20pm 1/17/24 for my call. Say’s shes a manager when I asked for a manager, yet was not conducting herself as a manager. I don’t even do customers the way she talked to me and maybe someone else should answer the phone if this is how she intends to talk to the customers. I understand it may have been a-lot going on, but that is no excuse, there’s still a certain way to conduct yourself dealing with other people and customer service.
**Update: she did not specify at all that they don’t take ebt over the phone specifically she made it seem like it was no ebt at all when I’m looking at google reviews that state you take ebt. My question was if i came in person could i use ebt on food, (asking because some people dont take ebt for hot food specifically), and she continued to keep cutting me off, and with her attitude she responded “No “YOU” cannot come and get food with ebt.” Those were her words exactly. So in her attitude and frustration, she said she would deny me service basically if i came in person, because she did not take the time to stop cutting me off and talking over me to listen to me and not utilizing her customer service skills that her job requires.

They have decent food IF they know you or you complain about your previous order not being good otherwise they will throw anything in there. And if you order on the phone and the older woman answers she will act like she taking your order and then never put it in, so when you get up there your food will have to be reordered. Not to mentions she will hang up on you and acts rude. For the price you can at least talk to me decently.

If i could give this place a 6 star I would! I ordered a number 40 during lunch. 5 whole wings (so 10) seasoned on top with some white accent flavoring. Explosion in every bite… fries, added cheese for 50c. And the cheese is like a nacho type jalapeno style. And they cover your fries in it chat!!! Every bite no skimpy stuff. And they season the top with pepper and salt. … Drink included $7.80… Overall impressed and im picky about my chicken. I said damn with every bite.
