This espresso bar is just wonderful I found this place a couple of years ago while visiting my daughter, I was just looking for a good latte and to my surprise this place serves food and it’s not only amazing in taste but presentation and the staff is very friendly. My last visit was yesterday on my daughter’s birthday and we shared a chicken sandwich that was so fresh and tasted delicious and I also ordered their tiramisu iced latte and it was delicious.

I absolutely love this place! I have been here various of times and they have not disappointed me. I was fixing my car in 5th Ave in Pelham and was really craving their avocado toast. I WALKED all the way from the mechanic to the restaurant just so I can have that toast. It is absolutely worth it and easily one the best avocado toast I’ve had. The ingredients together bring such a luscious flavor and well seasoned. I cannot stress it enough. This dish should be Michelin starred. The lox salmon is also a great option. Tip! Order the poached egg with it, it makes the avocado toast even better. I also recommend the pork belly cubano. That pork is well seasoned! It’s very tender, and a good mixture of the cuero/skin and the meat really does this sandwich justice. The condiment isn’t too spicy nor overwhelming and compliments the sandwich in itself. This restaurant is a true gem

I’ve been going to POP’s for close to 10 years. Everything they make is delicious and you can tell every item is made with love. Through the years I’ve probably had everything on the menu but my absolute blow my hair back favorite is their Cuban sandwich.

They use bonjo coffee bean. The bean is good. The execution is bad. We ordered a double cortado and received a cappuccino. The almond biscotti was very hard and the glaze on top was extra sweet. The other reviews mention the other food selections. I didn’t try any of the food during my visit. As an espresso bar I had higher expectations of the coffee once that let me down I was skeptical with the rest. Maybe they are better at the other things, like the other reviews suggested.

I love this place and have been coming here for quite awhile, today I bought a coffee I told the lady at the register iced coffee, she then gave me a hot coffee I mentioned I wanted iced and she rolled her eyes and sighed, she then proceeded to add ice to a cup and poured the hot coffee inside and handed it to me, the coffee was very watered down from the ice melting and the cup was still warm. This was very unprofessional of her as I was never rude to her. Besides this food was amazing.
