Ok experience. Little slow service to begin with when restaurant wasn’t very busy. Wife ordered a cheeseburger and I ordered a chili size. Wife immediately didn’t like the taste of the burger. She said the meat tasted weird. Did not eat the rest. Our fries were not fresh. Chili was decent but nothing exceptional. Decided to try for 1st time but based on experience – not interested in returning.

Service was very welcoming! From the moment we sat down until we were ready to go all staff was very attentive. The food was affordable and delicious with HUGE portions. The whole time we were there the place had a lot of customers. The location itself is very charming but easy to overlook if you’re distracted. I had the biscuits and gravy which were some of the best I’ve had in town. I definitely recommend this place and plan to go again. Also, the coffee was really good! The attached picture is called the Bellybuster I believe.

The great reviews is what brought us in, however, it was a disappointing visit. For starters I watched the server pick up a straw from the floor and put it back in her apron with no gloves. The “chicken fried steak” is not like the traditional; it’s just a piece of over cooked steak with gravy (no breading) the hashbrowns were soggy and salty. The ham steak is not worth the money. The scrambled eggs are runny. I will say the biscuits and gravy were pretty good, the biscuits are fluffy and the gravy is on the think side. Overall, I don’t think we’ll ever go back.

Heaven. The food was fresh and plentiful. The waitress had lots of personality. Price was very reasonable. Walls were full of eye catching odds and ends.

The food was not flavorful, the country fried steak was not traditional I’m honestly not sure how they made it. The only thing that was good was the waffle. I hate to say it but they also had a roach crawling on the wall.
