no, they’re not so good… They were a bit on the expensive side. All I got were two bagels with LITTLE butter and LITTLE cream cheese. Second, noticed that I emphasized the word little on both the butter and cream cheese. when I got my bag containing the two bagels, it felt as though I had two egg sandwiches in there! They have a little bit of a difficult time following directions… There was way too much butter and way too much cream cheese! Thank God, I didn’t ask for extra!

I been wanting to try this spot for a long time because I live close by, but I never got around to it bc I’m not a breakfast person. I just got converted I ordered a stuffed jalapeno cheddar bagel, glazed with garlic, with honey habanero cream cheese- OMG it was delicious! Sweet, spicy, and savory. The bagel was crisp on the outside, super soft on the inside, and the warm cream cheese was sooo delicious and smooth. Crazy texture and taste W. I’m mad at myself for not trying it sooner. They also have homemade pop tarts and cinnamon rolls that I am going to have to try next time I’m there! I’m not exaggerating when I say that was the best bagel I’ve had in south jersey, by FAR. Super affordable too, their breakfast sandwiches seem to be around the $10 mark and they are LOADED with toppings from the pics I’ve seen on Facebook. My stuffed bagel was less than $5 and it is a BIG bagel so I was very satisfied after 🙂 10/10 please go to poppys bagels if you’re in Galloway!

Poppy’s totally nailed it on my first visit! I was pumped for the bunny bagels, but the egg bagel with cream cheese and drip coffee totally hit the spot.
Plus, diving into the chicken pesto sandwich was a flavor adventure. And let’s not forget that cinnamon bagel with strawberry cream cheese – it was like a party in my mouth! The friendly customer service was the cherry on top. With their unique vibe and killer presentation, Poppy’s is definitely going places!

Ever since I moved to Galloway from north Jersey I had been trying to find a great bagel shop and I finally found Poppy Bagels a few months ago…I LOVE IT! Everything tastes fresh and they are not stingy with the spreads. Aside from the food being amazing, the people are really nice. 100% recommend trying them out.

Best bagels in the area by far!
In south Jersey area there is not a lot of places but this is by far better than the others and definitely worth driving a little extra to get them.
FOOD – Most importantly the bagels taste fresh,. bagels are excellent they have a good taste and are fluffy inside, not hard. Very good toasted. Pork roll was not my favorite, it was not Trenton or Taylor, but it was not bad.
MENU – very cool bagel options, fruity pebble bagel, Oreo bagel. They definitely make some cool bagels new and different stuff some days and During holidays they come out with some cool bagels new. Very cool that they keep it interesting.
Price is similar to other bagel shops. Less expensive than the “hot bagel” place.
SERVICE – good service eat in or takeout&the one kid that’s there a lot is a nice kid with good service.
LOCATION/ATMOSPHERE – great location, plenty of parking, short walk. Inside THE EXCHANGE with other food places. Plenty of seating nice clean place inside. Local feel.

This sucks to leave a three star review on such amazing food. The food itself great, the bagel is awesome, zero complaints… By all means people please go here and try their food/support this business… Please support this business so that they can hire adequate help or at the very least Really Tune up the training on their staff. I mean no disrespect whatsoever, but 18 minutes to grab half a dozen bagels is kind of crazy. This is like our third time through… Each time has been in the same ballpark we’ve tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but now we just accept that if we are going here if we had any other plans for the day, they’re going to be late lol.
But seriously… If you want any help training/getting your staff adequately efficient if you’re the owner please reach out. Let me know. I have a lot of experience in this, I strongly believe that this could help bring your business to a whole another level. Only thing missing.

The food here was so good! Got hash brown toast with avocado, egg, and chili flakes. The coffee was fresh. For something sweet, I got an M&M cookie and a homemade strawberry pop-tart and both were delicious. It’s nice to have a reliable breakfast place nearby.
Edit: been back a few more times and the food is still stellar. My new love is the deviled egg salad sandwich on sourdough with lettuce and tomato.

Family owned business making probably the best bagels in the area.
I’ve had bagels all over NY and NJ and for the quality and price this is probably one of my top 2 spots.
Also got egg and cheese sandwich and that was delicious as well! They also have interesting cream cheese flavors like honey habanero which I’ve liked so much I got some to put on my bagels at home.
