PopOnOvers is a delightful Cafe style eatery with great options and charming service. The sweets case is so amazing! It is difficult to choose just one treat, but pricing is so reasonable, you can get two! It’s a great spot to meet a friend or to take a book and get lost in your thoughts. Outdoor seating is also available. Food is fresh, and menu offers variety meaning there is something for everyone!

Popovers are the cornerstone here! Have them on their own with butter and jam or have them with a delicious selection of sandwiches and soups that they serve. The burgers here are VERY good! A decent selection of other baked goods. Coffee, smoothies, ice cream also available! Definitely stop here! Check the hours they can be a bit limited, but don’t let that deter you!

The best food to be served in Pittsfield in 30+ years. Might be among the best in the county, you will have to go taste for yourself and decide. Expansive selection of classic American dishes with some delicious twists. The owner takes pride in her work and the staff is friendly and diligent. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. FYI – You order and pay at the counter and bus your own dishes, this just adds to the efficiency and charm of this fantastic buisness.

Would not reccomend this location to anyone passing through. The owner clearly has a collection of regulars and warm faces, but the food itself and environment was not our fit. Signs for Bible study, religious quotes, and paintings all around the restaurant. I ordered a fried Haddock sandwich and the fish had not been de-boned. It was also not a filet but rather 5 fish bites. The restaurant-made chips were hard and cold. I returned my sandwich for a clam chowder that was served to me cool with a popover that was undercooked. The clam chowder was immediately recognizable as canned. It was incredibly off putting and uncomfortable as a queer couple. The owner repeatedly touched my shoulder and misgendered my partner. When I did address the problem she sent out a server instead of herself for the food and environment.
