Amazing all around. First time visiting this establishment and we will definitely be back many more times. Must order the fresh fried potato chips with their French onion dip. They came out hot and crispy. The fried pickle chips were very good as well. There is no words that can describe how amazing the fried chicken is. We ordered the 4 piece meal to share between the 2 of us. It came with 2 sides and a roll. We could only eat 2 pieces and took 2 home. The pieces were so big we could barely finish them. Perfection is the best word used to describe our meal. Our waitress was so amazing wish we could remember her name. Never had to wait for a refill on our drinks she was on top of everything before we even knew we needed anything. If you are wanting some excellent fried chicken then this is the place to go. We can’t wait to go back and try their pizza.

The pizza I ordered was mushroom & bacon bits, which is my personal favorite at any pizza place. This was probably the best pizza I have had in a long time.
We also ordered an order of wings, which were very good as well. The wife ordered a sandwich as well.
It was a great little tucked away place closer to home than going into Wichita.

We arrived around 5 pm with a 30 minute wait to be seated. It took an additional 30 minutes to get our drinks. Our food didn’t arrive until after an hour of waiting at the table at 6:30. That’s my biggest complaint. The management should be embarrassed on how understaffed it is there. The server was nice so I don’t mean to take away credit from them. My party liked the food for the most part.

This was our third trip here and I feel bad I haven’t done a review yet. The food is incredible. So here goes. It’s like going back in time to the 70s/80s
The haddock dinner is amazing, the batter and the fish is top quality. The pizza is really good. Don’t sleep on the pizza pockets, basically they are Italian egg rolls. For me; Italian food starts with a really good sauce, and Poplar red sauce is amazing. It’s perfect really.
Also the fried chicken dinner is an incredible value. The chicken is plump and juicy and the crispy goodness is perfect. The flavor and snap of the fried is really really good. The mashed potatoes and white gravy takes you back home.
Also tried the sweet potato fries and they are the best I’ve ever had.
The service is amazing. They are on top of everything and treat you very well. The green beans are also freaking amazing. So far we haven’t had anything there we didn’t like. Definitely need to go more often.

I usually love coming here. But me and my friend showed up at 115. They close at 2 took 15mins to get a menu. And then was told to hurry because the kitchen closes in 30 mins. Tried to order a loader but was told they were out of loafer dough. Ordered a hamburger and onion rings and my friend just ordered mozzarella sticks
The mozzarella sticks weren’t even hot all the way thru. I understand bad days and business but it wasn’t super busy and we were there 45 mins before they closed. Plenty of time to order eat and get out by closing time. Because I’ve always loved them I will give them another try.

Great food and reasonable prices! The fried pickles are very good. Good enough that you don’t even need the dill dipping sauce.
The 1/2 lb Western burger was very good with just the right balance of BBQ sauce, bacon, and onion rings. The fried were kind of bland but the rest was good. Saved half the burger for later to save room for chocolate cream pie. Definitely worth the calories! Lol
Overall, a good value for the money and very tasty.

Barely any wait to be seated, waitress was friendly and attentive, but did not bug us, food was good and prices reasonable. Good experience and will keep location in mind for future visits.
