I was craving late night fast food so thought of ordered from Popeyes and it did not disappoint.
The onion rings as side were really crunchy and nice. The burger itself had a really big size fried chicken and all works definitely turned out to be nice. We ordered a combo through Uber Eats and I believe it was on offer so under 30$ we got meals for 2 with drinks.
Definitely suggest as late night food around Waterloo.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I usually stick to my regular order, but Raman suggested I try the blackened sandwich instead — and I’m so glad I listened. It turned out to be absolutely delicious, packed with flavor, and cooked perfectly.
Raman and tarun were incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly know their menu inside out. Raman confidently recommended something different, and it honestly made my visit even better. It’s always great when staff genuinely care about your experience and guide you toward the best choices.
Highly recommend this place — and definitely take their suggestions, they know what they’re doing!

It took forever to order and she struggled to even input the order then rushed me to pull up before even finishing my order. When we received the food they made the sandwich mild when we asked for spicy and the classic chicken was spicy when I asked for mild(it was correct on screen). I couldn’t even eat my chicken cause I couldn’t handle how spicy it was. We ordered 2 combos which it said on the screen but we didn’t even get the fires. I’m very disappointed. Around 4:00 I went in and purchased a meal. I got a Coca-Cola but I wanted a nice tea. I then proceeded to the counter and asked the person that was at the cashier. If they could please switch it out for an iced tea. The person then started giving me smirk remarks and said that I was wasting food. He called me weird under his breath and I did not like it. They should not treat people like this I will never come back to this place again. He then started talking about me to his other fellow Indian friends in their language. Very rude service. I don’t recommend this place to anybody. Why give me a hard time for a drink? It’s such a simple thing to change as I always spend money at this place

Disgusting and unacceptable behavior. The male employee (possibly a supervisor) at the drive-thru flat-out refused to take our order because he claimed he “couldn’t hear us” on the monitor. He would not let us speak, repeat ourselves, or even attempt to order. He shut us down immediately instead of doing his job.
This is pure laziness and abuse of authority. No customer service skills, no professionalism, and zero respect for paying customers. If you can’t communicate or problem-solve, you shouldn’t be working drive-thru—especially not in a supervisory role.
A formal complaint with corporate is being filed, and proof of this incident will be submitted. Management needs to be held accountable. Avoid this location.

I am an usual customer here; I often buy the chicken legs for my kids. I ordered through the drive-through. The customer service is the WORST here at this store; they don’t even know how to take orders properly. I ordered 3 pieces of drumsticks and asked for 2 sauces, repeated 3 times. And still, she gave me only 1 sauce, and this is the ONLY place where they charge extra for the sauces on the side in Kitchener Waterloo.
And the chicken, they made me wait for almost 20 minutes and gave me this chicken as if I paid $3, $2, and $1 for each piece, and when I called her to ask why she gave me the chicken pieces like this, she said that she gave me the BEST pieces. If I paid the full price and extra for the sauces, please make sure it is worth it. I have been there many times and never had a good experience. The customer service is not here. God knows what’s happening to customer service here in KW

This Popeyes location is extremely outdated and has horrible service. We were barely in line for a minute before the staff started rushing us to order. After getting home, we realized our chicken sandwiches were literally cold and the fries were just thrown loosely into the bag with no paper bag or wrapping at all.
We went back to let them know this was unacceptable, and the employee said he’d replace them with hot sandwiches. He also took back our fries. When we got home again, we realized he forgot to return 3 out of the 4 fries we had ordered. The food was still only semi-warm and the fries were cold again.
To make things worse, the meal caused an upset stomach, likely due to poor sanitation. Overall, this location completely ruined my day, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Definitely needs better management and cleanliness.

We ordered 12pcs garlic parmesan boneless chicken wings last night at around 9pm for the first time this outlet we experience the most smallest pieces of chicken and there was hardly sauces on it. Absolutely disgusting. The worst thing I have ever ordered off of uber eats. Took 2 hours to ba made, medium fries they put about 6 fries in the bag. Chicken burger was small as a biscuit wet soggy and inedible. Wings were frozen and smelled horrible. Keep hiring more Indians Popeyes they are doing a great job. 30 dollars. Disgusting
