Literally one of the worst places for customer service and accuracy of getting what you ordered. Came in ordered a simple family meal, waited for so long , not to mention everyone that ordered before and after me had already gotten their food and left. I got home and the entire meal was wrong. $50 might not much to some but to get home and have everything wrong is unacceptable.

It’s good but I always order a spicy chicken sandwich and they always give me a classic. I even made sure to enunciate SPI-CEE this time. Now, no shade to the classic, it’s a respectable chicken sandwich but I NEED that spice!

People were nice, food is terrible. The chicken sandwich was the size of a McDonald’s chicken nugget, and the apple pies have absolutely no flavor. Also, the chicken strips felt like they had been sitting for hours.

Horrible service, I got here at 1030 and I have been waiting for 15 minutes. After that, a woman said she wasn’t taking orders until the food was up. They should have had it up at 1030. There are at least 6-7 people waiting in line as I speak. Horrible service.

YO, not gunna lie this store needs to do a fire and rehire I ordered my food at 3:40 and I waited a full 20 minutes for my food. Then I left cause I was tired of people getting their order before I did when they ordered after I did. And all I ordered was a 3 piece tender meal and a chicken sandwich. I was looking at the workers and they looked lost, they didn’t even know where they were. They thought they were working on the moon or something like it wasn’t even busy, they were getting 5 customers at a time max. Plus you guys almost NEVER have honey mustard. The only reason why I’m giving you at least one star is because I love popeyes chicken but this store right here needs help. Thank you for reading this if you are a Manger.

$7 for Large fries, the fry box was a joke. I’m not picky, but it looked like 15-20 fries in the box. No where NEAR half full or even a 1/3 of the box. It was just enough to cover up the bottom. They must’ve confused it for small fries or something cause aint no way. I went back but just left, poor dudes were struggling with 1 or 2 doordash orders and like 3-4 customers. You can tell they have zero experience. If you order from here just double check everything before you leave.

This is, by far, the worst run Popeyes I have ever seen. I have been to this location several times and the story is always the same. The employees are rude or lack any kind of motivation or care. The food takes an exceptionally long time to recieve and somehow its still cold.

Just ordered a 12pc family meal and of course you didn’t give me any biscuits (which is the only thing I like here and is good for my teething child). You are mad we ordered it and try to discourage us from it by saying it’s a 20min wait and there are orderes in front of yours. Every time we go you are slow, especially if someone ordered a family meal. I hope you realize that if I ordered 2 4pc regular chicken and 2 tender meals it will come out to be the same as a family meal.
I am so glad I will not have to order food from here ever again. Your job is not that hard and you chose to work there, the least you can do is try to enjoy your job or get a new one.
