The manager, Hispanic guy was chill and understandable. The whole corporate is what sucks. Recently had some nasty chicken and I forwarded and never heard back from the manager as promised then was transferred to different customer reps. I will post pics. In all I didn’t get a refund or a call back for my order. All I did was repeat myself for many times on what happened to different customer reps. SAVE YALL SELF MONEY AND TIME AND DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION. THE OTHER ONE IS COO IN MONRON AND AFTERNOONS BUT NOT NIGHTS. HERMISTONS POPEYES HAS BEEN THE BEST SO FAR.

Drive through ordered a Regular 3 piece Tender Combo with a side of fries. Didn’t get fries, but mashed potatoes instead. No biscuit either which is supposed to come with the combo. Did not receive a receipt which was requested either. Tried to call store but they never picked up, let it go to voicemail. Ordered Friday October 17 around 7:00. Thank you Popeyes…

I’ve come to this location many times and every time I’ve had great experience and service. I always get 5 spicy drums and they always let me know it will be a wait which its not an issue for me. I appreciate the team and their communication. The only issue I’ve ever had was the sprite didn’t taste good but after communicating that the sprite was different they fixed it and let me get a different drink. I will always go back to this location! Thank you Kennewick Popeyes team!

I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews. Yes, there was a short wait for our food, but that means it was FRESH! The guy who works here with the green hair (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) was super awesome and on top of it. Food was all perfectly to order and delicious! Will definitely be back.

Complaint regarding one of your Employee Behavior which happened on Friday, September 12th around 9 PM, I visited my local Popeyes in Kennewick drive-thru. All i wanted to pick up some dinner; however, it turned into an unbelievably disappointing experience. There were about two cars ahead of me, yet I waited over 20 minutes before reaching the drive-thru window. The two cars in front of me appeared to leave without food, which was already concerning. At the window, I was curious about the wait time and inquired about it. The cashier replied in an aggressive manner. He told me he was the only one handling the kitchen and everything else, but when I politely clarified that I just wanted to understand the delay, he accused me of having a rude tone, refused me service, and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. I pulled forward and when a woman came I asked her to speak with their manager. The woman returned with the same cashier who stated he was the manager. I asked for his name which he flat-out refused to provide and continued to threaten me. He even accused me of “making drama to get a free sandwich,” which was offensive and completely uncalled for. As a long-term customer that has had nothing but positive experiences with other Popeye locations, this was incredibly disappointing to me spoken to in such a degrading manner especially after waiting for half an hour. I stepped aside to wait in front of the lobby and tried to contact the corporate since the manager refused to identify himself. Another 20 minutes go by and the police arrive. I explained the situation only to be told that the manager did not want me on the property and that they would be trespassing me. All for asking a simple and curious question about the delay and trying to hold the cashier accountable for his misconduct, I was treated as if I were the problem. The officers provided me with a case number: 25-064730. Also I will be attaching in the Attachment, the Kennewick Police Department Criminal Warning Citation for the Record. This was incredibly unprofessional and I have never encountered a manager who not only refused service but escalated a paying customer’s concern into a police matter. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled when it could’ve been avoided with a simple answer to an innocent question. It’s clear that the way I was treated does not at all reflect the standard of customer service that most restaurants uphold. So, I sincerely hope that the corporation takes this complaint seriously and provides proper training to their staff so that no other customer has to undergo the same humiliating experience I went through.

This was by far the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they mess up my order several times, but when I politely asked for it to be remade, the drive-through worker was rude, cursed at me, and then refused to even hand me my meal. I sat there in shock because I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and disrespectful they were. I left empty-handed, embarrassed, and honestly furious that a paying customer could be treated with such hostility. No one deserves that kind of treatment, and I will never be coming back to this Popeyes.

I had a terrible experience at this Popeyes in Kennewick. My order was messed up several times, and when I asked for help, the drive-through worker insulted me, cussed at me, and refused to fix the problem. When I asked to speak with the manager and requested their name, they refused to give it. Instead of resolving the situation, they had me trespassed from the property.
This kind of treatment is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer should be disrespected or insulted for simply asking for their order to be made correctly. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope Popeyes corporate takes action to improve the management and customer service here.

We buy a 5 pcs fried classic chicken with 2 side dish. I like Popeyes chicken. The guy in the counter look at us like his mad or something. You need to train your crew to smile, be friendly and welcoming. We know that there are days that we’re not in the mood or having a bad day but don’t bring it at work. I am pregnant and it is really hard for me to eat foods now but when we get home instead of 5 pcs chicken we only have 4 chicken. It sounds funny but it is real that it makes me frustrated until now that I only get 4 pcs chicken instead of 5pcs. Hope that they always check the exact count of the chicken that customer orders.

We were just passing through on our trip and saw the Popeyes. The chicken was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff were very friendly and quick with our order. It was a great lunch on the go! Thanx Popeyes!
