Very disappointed in Popeyes, I ordered my food ahead of time thinking the wait time would be a little quicker I was wrong. I truly believe they should hire more staff as theses poor employees are always trying to do the best they can with the amount of people. We come here often but it’s the same thing every time very dissatisfied overall and I don’t think this location has things managed very well..waited over 30 mins at this point after ordering 20 mins prior. This was the first time getting Popeyes and we will not do it again. spent an hr and a half waiting for our food. Kid called it quality time . Then the were flimsy and tasted not cooked all the way, the tenders left an oily tast in my mouth, and the coleslaw was not cold it was warm. The biscuit were the only good thing in this whole meal. The kid behind the counter was very nice as was every one else had good attitudes. I think with a little more organization and communication things could be smoother.

Ordered food on uber and received a chicken sandwich that was partially raw. Called to complain and they only replied with “we temp check the chicken” as if I have anything to gain from a damn lie. I told her I was only giving her a heads up so they can correct the issue and she didn’t care. Don’t trust these people with your food.

This Pasco location is really hit or miss. About half the time everything will be fine, but the other half they’ll either mess up the order, not give part of the order, and/or the chicken will have a really dark color from overused and bad grease, which tastes absolutely terrible. Attached are two images of what that looks like.
Also, they’ve recently stopped taking some coupons from the app, but you won’t know until you go there and they’ll tell you if they’ll honor it or not.
Another big issue is the drive through. The lanes are super tiny with a tight turn. Very poorly thought out. They have two lanes but I have never seen the second lane open, regardless how busy it is. I recommend walking in for faster service.
Overall, this location is far too inconsistent in the service and food quality. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve tried this Popeye’s twice. There’s not gonna be a third! First try, back in September, we waited 50 minutes for a pretty simple order! Gave them another chance today. Not very busy, yet NO CHICKEN BREAST COOKED! They offered to cook it if we didn’t mind waiting! Sorry, but 20 minute or longer waits at a FAST FOOD JOINT don’t cut it for me!

Popeyes has a great Chicken sandwich as well as Chicken by the piece. Oh and the fish sandwich was good as well. Sides are hit n miss for me and on the very small side. This Popeyes is new and mostly clean, probably because they are usually pretty busy. Long waits are to be expected, but that Chicken is something. Parking is a bit tuff with the drive-through traffic going by half of the parking. Funny thing is I took pics of the inside, grabbed my food, and ran forgot to take pics of the food

One time was a freebie but the second bad experience deserves a review. I came about a month ago and got dinner and ordered one of the new strawberry biscuits and after I left and was on the road home, I realized I didn’t have a strawberry biscuit, but a plain biscuit, so I paid two dollars extra for a plain biscuit. Tonight I ordered popcorn shrimp, waited in line 15+ minutes and after receiving my order, it looks as though it is half cooked and been sitting for quite some time. The pieces are soggy, not crispy and the breading is flaking off like mushy cereal. There is another $5 down the drain.

I absolutely LOVE the chicken but the service we received by the manager brought my rating down to only two starts. We placed a digital order. Got there when it said, went through the drive-thru got to the window 3 min later. No one is really in the store or line. The manager asked me what we were waiting on. I told him, and he closed the window 21 min later we get our food. I watched him eat, whip his forehead with his gloves back hand, and not change them. Garbage cans were overflowing, and staff stepped on the trash and shoved more trash on top. The staff didn’t seem to be in a hurry to do anything, the manager was too busy eating to get orders together or to direct staff. No one seemed to be in charge. When we finally got our food we had 8 cards behind us and I told the manager that we had waited 21 min from the time he spoke to us to get our food. It should have been ready. Not cooked after we get there. He did say sorry but it’s not ok. This restaurant has really gone downhill and it’s a new restaurant. Please do a better job so we can keep coming.
