I love their breading! It’s light and not overly crunchy. They serve actual pieces of chicken and not some factory stamped random shape of a “nugget.” Their chicken sandwiches are great too. If you’re willing to mix things up, I’d recommend getting a bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce and put it on the sandwich! Awesome combo.

Employees are not listening threw their drive-thru headsets very well, late at night and there is no repeating the order back or a receipt. Charged $12 for a 5-piece chicken tender and we order a blackened chicken sandwich. (The only chicken they had left from the day it was told to us.) Said it 3 different times #2 only the sandwich with no mayo and still never got our chicken sandwich. Handed us the box of expensive tenders and told us to have a goodnight. Never again will I ever stop there with the service they provide to us so unprofessional.

We will probably not be going back to this store. We had a house full to feed. Thought we would give their take out a try do to the fact my wife is laid up do to a broken leg and unable to drive. Our order was not delivered in full. When I called,” I was polite” the young girl on the phone was rude as hell. Told me she didn’t know what she could do for me except write my name down. That I could come in tomorrow and talk with a manager. I said that’s just great. How about half our order that I just shelled $60 for is not here. And that the half that is here is not what we ordered and dried out. She then told me she couldn’t help me that my name was written down and that I could and I quote,” drag my butt in,and the manager would fix it”. So the family will have to wait until I get home for food. Way to go Popeyes…. Update. I went in to the store today. Talked with probably the sweetest young lady you could ever hope to meet,”Isabel”. I calmly explained to her what had happened the night before,brought my receipt and the food. She was very understanding and genuinely as disappointed in the person that spoke with me as well as their lack of service and rudeness. She asked me what she could do to make it better. I asked for the 3 missing items. She was happy to do that. But when I went back up to the counter to get them. She had replaced the untire order from the night before. Talk about customer service. I explained to her that wasn’t needed. She explained to me that in fact,yes it was. We will be going back. Thank you .. Isabel..!!!

The place was very clean. Fast service. Friendly staff. I personally did not like the Cole Slaw or Biscuit. Had a funny taste. The chicken was hot and well cooked. Alittle too crispy for my taste.

Popeyes is usually pretty good, but food this time was sub par. Chicken was undercooked and potatoes were not mixed well. Bathrooms only available with a code and lots of flies around the soda machine because not cleaned often enough.

Everytime I have pulled up to this fast food they are out of multiple things. I’ve never actually gotten to eat at this newer location because they don’t have stuff in stock. I feel bad for the employees. I think they need a new manager that can actually manage their store and supplies. Plain and simple.

Food was fresh, thought it was the best In town .. until I found hair in my chicken . I don’t know how that was possible I seen nothing but men working on staff And the red beans and rice was sour , I gagged .don’t know if it was intentionally or not . Will be taking this up with cooperate tho ! The kids were young DEFINITELY DID NOT APPRECIATE THEIR JOB
