Spicy chicken tenders taste good but they were warm. Spicy chicken breast was hot, but there wasn’t much meat on it and it was not very good compared to other times I have ordered it. The cashier was nice and the place looked pretty clean.

I ordered my food 10 minutes before arrival because I’m in a rush, only to be told it will be another 10 minutes for them to cook chicken fries. I’m currently waiting in the parking lot with the 3 other cars that couldn’t get their food in a reasonable amount of time… There’s no world in which this could be considered “fast” food ♂️

Foods always good but the past 4 times , they have forgot at least 1-3 items in my order. Workers are not very friendly and on 2 occasions been asked to wait 5-10 minutes which turned into 20+ and still forgetting items. This time on top of all that , they also messed up my order asking for spicy and it was all plain chicken.

Understaffed and it takes forever to get your food. The staff annoyed that you came in to eat and not go through the drive through. I looked behind and there was no chicken. They ran out and anything ordered was going to take 30 mins, which it did. Don’t waste your time and money here. Most of the Popeyes in the area are the same. Poorly run and a terrible value.

So I’m not exactly sure about the reviews. That said, these people are slow are expensive. Our experiences that we shared half a chicken and a side and a drink for $15, which I think is actually pretty reasonable. The chicken came out super hot and super fast. It was really really good. Very juicy on the inside. Probably because they do some kind of long Brian or something like that and a nice crispy exterior. Really. The only downside I can talk about is that they only give you a spork to eat with and that is just not adequate. So bring your own silverware.

My boyfriend and I were door dashing tonight and were waiting for the order to be announced. One worker set an order on the counter where we couldn’t grab it and never announced even when we tried calling them over. They jsut looked and walked away making us wait another 10 minutes up until the point we went to the counter and got annoyed. Finally got the order but service needs better training.

Absolutely awful experience. If you like waiting an hour to get your order totally wrong, this is the spot for you! It’s especially good if you like seeing people rip through the drive through and get their food in 5 minutes while you wait, ignored, in the lobby. I won’t even look at this place next time I drive by, the sight of it will forever sicken me. Seriously this place is garbage, save yourself the money and trouble and go anywhere else.

Gotta love Popeyes lol. Service is geared for the drive thru so dine in is strangely awkward, but they keep the lobby clean. It’s a bit more difficult to reach from the highway than it looks but it’s kind of a fun adventure getting to it. Don’t get distracted by the skippers and unique burger joint you have to pass to get here.
