This Popeyes is the best I hace been to. They are clean and the staff are wonderful. Our food was hot and fresh and the atmosphere was vibrant and fun. Everyone there were happy and did there job above and beyond. I will be back and recomend anyone to go here.

We love the chicken but it’s almost always barely warm. The order is always missing something. We go a long while between eating here, hoping our next experience will be better. It unfortunately is not.
I had an incident a while ago where I came up to the drive through around maybe 8 or 9pm with no one but me coming in. As I pulled up it looked like the entire staff was outside on the benches. I could smell the weed when I pulled up. I could be wrong but that’s beside the point. When I did they looked mad that I had come up as they all went inside and gave me attitude at the menu and window. I then waited 20 mins for my order and I was missing items.
I gave three stars on the service and food only because it’s hit and miss. Sometimes I get great service, other times not. Depends on the staff member. My last experience the girl helping me was very sweet. But every time we come something is missing. My husband has called the store before only to get told his complaint will be passed along and offered a discount. The chicken is good but I usually have to put it in the microwave when I get home even though I’m only 5 minutes away from the store.

I didn’t go inside. Ordered pickup, had to wait a few extra minutes because they were preparing it as soon as I got to the window. But I’m happy that it was fresh. The chicken was fresh, hot and good. The macaroni and cheese let’s just say for five bucks, that little cup should probably be at least full. Otherwise, good stuff. I wanted more of the mac and cheese.

The food was meh. Easiest way to put it is it looked and tasted old, that it wasn’t made fresh to order. We had a sandwich combo with Mac n cheese and a 6 piece boneless wings with fries. The breading on the chicken looked over cooked or that the oil was burnt and hadn’t been changed in a while, the fries, the wings and Mac n cheese were tepid in temp. The supervisor offered to replace everything with fresh, but we didn’t have the time, and had just eaten the food.

This place is a walking health code violation. They took the chicken baskets and just placed them on the front counters. They had no hair nets on while fixing the food and long hair touching the chicken. One of the sandwiches that was made was taken from an old sandwich and just revamped. And these workers do not care at all about anything. It’s disgusting

The owner has reached out to everyone posting reviews on here but NOT ME! My review should be the one the owner is worried about since I used to work in the food service industry many years ago as a manager for several restaurants and I know the health department would’ve shut them down for this had I called! You would think he’d tell me to stop by for some FREE food to make it right! Interesting!
So I wasn’t going to write a review, but I think it’s important for restaurants to be held accountable for serving inedible food. I placed an online order for pickup and had my man pick it up for me and when he got home I was excited to eat Popeyes considering we live 25 minutes away. I opened the box and I was surprised to see that my chicken had “FEATHERS” on them. The chicken wings!
Never in my life have I received food of this quality before. I would rate the manager “ANDREW” 5 stars for handling the situation so professionally though. He was very apologetic and that brightened my experience! On the other hand… “SHAME ON THE EMPLOYEE WHO FAILED TO PLUCK THE FEATHERS PRIOR TO BREADING THE CHICKEN AND THE EMPLOYEE WHO ACTUALLY THINKS THIS IS ACCEPTABLE TO SERVE SOMEBODY CHICKEN WITH FEATHERS ON IT! ‘ YUCK just YUCK! Honestly the health department should be involved in this, but like I said before Andrew was sweet so I went to that far!

Super quick service and crispy chickens!! Stopped by for a quick snack on our way to PNW coasts and had chicken burger and chicken tender strips. The burger was amazing and strips were crispy and hot. Got our order within 5 minutes. The place has an option for dine in and they also take takeout orders.
