I should start by saying I’ve been here 2 times. The first time I was waiting in the drive-thru with only 1 car in front of me for 20 minutes. Once I got the food and got home I found out it was not only the wrong order but it was cold. I figured they just opened, and maybe employees were still trying to figure out the ropes.
I came back today and went through the drive thru again, when I got to the speaker to order I was told to wait just a minute before ordering. No big deal, that’s normal…what’s not normal is that I sat and wait for 5 minutes before he came back and was ready to take my order, Then while telling him my order he proceeded to ask me to repeat what I wanted multiple times. Then he read it back to me and it was still wrong. Finally I got up to the window and paid. Waited for about 2 mins before being told to pull up to the front of the building and they would bring it out to me.
30 minutes went by, I even had to double check my receipt because there was no way I had been waiting there that long to have them bring my food out. I finally decided I’m not waiting any longer and went inside to get a refund. While getting my refund, I overheard the coworkers talking about what happened to my order and it turns out nobody had even started on it.
I’ve learned my lesson with this place and will never be going back again. Which is a bummer because I love Popeyes and was hyped when this one opened up in my area. But I value my time and sanity more than some 3 piece tender combo.

I can’t rate the food because I never got it. I placed an order, which the kind worker said it would be ten minutes for a new batch. She gave me a drink and I waited. After 20 minutes I asked for an update. Whoever was in charge left the one male worker by himself who was obviously overwhelmed. The kid was flustered, There was NO ONE in charge with 8 people in line. He offered a refund which I had accepted. If this was this my franchise, I would be very concerned about the investment. Yikes!!!!

food was fine. tatted up lady behind the counter was not trained in customer service and pretty rude, put our cups on her end of the counter and just walked away which left us not knowing if we were even supposed to grab them. thats all well in good im used to it but while eating our food there was an older gentleman who was ordering and was as kind as can be. he got even worse treatment than we did after asking about a coupon he had on his phone. i draw the line at being mean to nice older folk, will not be back to the Graham branch.

Update. I went back to give them the receipt and tried to get some money back, but the manager said that wasn’t an option. So the offered to repeat the order. It was much better this time. All the chicken was much better.
We ordered a couple chicken sandwiches and a 3 piece chicken with coleslaw and red beans. They took sooo long to bring the food out, they were apologizing for taking soo long, because someone forgot to cook the chicken. Well we got home and the 3 piece signature chicken was not even in there. But they put in some horribly dried out chicken tenders. The red beans and rice was fine. If it wasn’t so far to go back I’d demand my money back and give them their dog food back.

Food was absolutely disgusting, old, and cold. I called and manager said they will comp my next meal.
Two guys taking a break were smoking right beside the back door and one had his hands in his pants, gross.
I came here a year or so ago and the owner was amazing and super friendly.
I will never be able to eat here again. I know its fast food but people should be proud of their work. It wasnt even busy.

With just 2 or 3 cars in line expect to wait at least 20 minutes, just to pull up to hear “ill be right back.” To wait another 5 minutes. To order and be told ” im sorry we dont have that at the moment” so frustrating.

I’ve been to Popeyes, but this was the worst I’ve ever had. Ordered a 12pc spicy family meal w/red beans and rice, and Cole slaw. Waited about 25 minutes because they had no spicy… when we got home, the chicken was overcooked, the red beans and rice, was red beans, no rice. The biscuits were good, and the coleslaw acceptable.
Looking around while we waited, I noticed that the store, and restroom were not particularly clean. This store is closest to my home, but I’ll be traveling to the store on Canyon Road in the future.

Ordered for delivery. My food was old. Went in to the store with my order, the team lead on duty agreed the chicken i received was old & was made 6 hours earlier. Other customers came in after me with food quality issues. Honestly I have given these establishment several chances & it’s always poor quality. This establishment won’t be in business very long. I live in the area. Don’t spend your money here. Don’t support this business. The owner & staff will only take our experiences seriously if we dont spend money there. Look at all the recent reviews. Nothing has changed.

That is a real concern to me.real communication: I am planning to eat out and want Popeyes spicy chicken but based on reports this is not a good location. Your management reponses sound like CHATGPT. and i am not convinced anyone is doing any management or operational oversight on this location.
