Ordered a 3-piece chicken with beans and rice with soda. The beans and rice were fine but part way through the breast I discovered it was raw. I pulled the other pieces apart and the leg was still partially frozen. I brought it to the managers attention and at first she shifted blame as though it were my fault the chicken was under cooked, then offered to recook the raw chicken they served me and only begrudgingly offered me a partial refund on what I hadn’t eaten. She said, “you finished the beans and rice and are drinking your tea so they must be fine. I will only refund you for the two pieces you didn’t eat from.” I started laughing and told her to keep her money, I’m just never going to eat there again. The interesting part is, I sat near several of the employees eating their lunch and it was cooked there in the place, but the beans and rice were not Popeyes. Their own employees won’t eat the raw sewage they prepare. Avoid at all cost unless you enjoy raw chicken and being told it’s your fault.

There was a strong language barrier when ordering at the counter, I suggest bringing a translator or having them read you back your order as I ordered boneless wings and they gave me classic bone in wings which were undercooked might I add. Food was very dry and crunchy like you could chip a tooth, you could tell it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long, they don’t make it fresh to order even when they aren’t busy. Atmosphere was fine, they had the news playing on the TV, and the radio playing strait jazz if thats your music taste.

Wow! The chicken was SO good! We had the classic flavor. So crispy. So delicious. Perfectly cooked! Great crunch. The chicken was fresh and hot when it came out to us. The chicken wasn’t dry. Absolutely fantastic. I would definitely pick Popeye’s over KFC! I didnt try their side’s but they had a few options to choose from. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the guy taking our money was not playing attention to what he was doing. It wasn’t busy but he was definitely distracted and didnt hand me the change properly and dropped it on the ground but then wasn’t overly concerned about it. His customer service wasn’t as high as it should have been, by far. That was a little disappointing but the food itself was delicious. I would absolutely go again and hopefully I won’t get that same drive-thru guy.

This is a clean, well kept Popeyes at Smokey point. I ate inside and ordered my food through one of their kiosks. The food was good by Popeyes standards— probably the best chicken ever I’ve had in years. The sides were good too.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I went in a ordered $52 worth of chicken for my family and when I came home I was shocked to see the chicken looked so old like it was refried and as I started taking the pieces out I noticed what looked like mold??? Just absolutely disgusting that they feel comfortable feeding this to their customers. I will never return and make sure to report this to the health department.

Ordered 4 meals, when got home one of the sandwiches was missing, had to drive all the way back just to be called a liar. Young cashier liar said he made all 4 sandwiches where I saw he didn’t make even one. Anyway gonna have to call my bank to dispute transaction. Make sure you check your bag, don’t trust those crooks!

Very rude and nasty service at the Popeyes in Arlington Wa, my uncle has a heart condition and purchase half done food from this Popeyes that refused to give money back. . He instantly got sick and the paramedics was called, paramedics even said the chicken was undercooked and also tried to get his money back. The manager refused as well. The paramedics made a report of this. HE was treated poorly and all they was concerned about was the potatoes and fries that was cold but already eaten by my nephew. Refused to give money even though the chicken was clearly undercooked cooked. CHECKED YOUR CHICKEN BEFORE EATING ANY OF THERE SIDES BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT REFUND ANY OF YOUR MONEY OR APOLOGIZE FOR THE NASTY CHICKEN!!!!!!

Out of the 3 popeyes in Everett, Marysville and Arlington, this one is the most friendly and easiest to work with. The chicken is generally good at all three places! That they fry their chicken in Beef Tallow is a major health benefit.

Went here today and ordered a family meal and the food was not great compared to back then, no flavor in the chicken only on the excessive not fully cooked breading. I noticed that the workers changed, workers from the Popeyes near Winco off of exit 202 are now working here, one of the cashiers looked at me as if she noticed me. This was because I remembered she was working off the Popeyes near Winco. I ordered on the app and the order wasn’t correct, the workers should be on top of that. No good Popeyes in Marysville anymore ever since I went to buy some today. I use to go to the one near Winco and realized it was terrible so I went to the Popeyes next to Outback Steakhouse, cooks or employees ruined it. Won’t be coming back. Do better or hire actual staff who know’s what they’re doing.

Usually order through app about 15-20 minutes before entering the drive through, where one would expect to get their food. Instead, more than once, have been told to enter the building to wait for the food, even with no cars behind me. Annoying to order it to go and have to instead leave my car to pick it up inside.

As well as that, ordering spicy, I tend to get classic tossed in instead. Last I checked, I didn’t pick the classic option in the app. Not that hard to spend the extra little bit to cook up some new spicy ones if you are out.

Food is overall fine, but the customer service is poor. Only reason I go to this one is because its closer compared to the others.
