Spent half my lunch break waiting in the drive thru line because they do not have the dine in available. Then I ordered the Big Box which I saw a commercial for the day before. They have the sign in their window and right at the front of their drive thru. They tell me the don’t have it and stopped days ago. Then why are the signs still posted!!! It’s a bait and switch!!!! I said then I don’t want anything and backed out. I had 3 minutes to eat Chicken Fries I got at the Burger King next door. I took a picture on my way in to work this morning and the sign is still there!!!!

So earlier this week I drove to the physical store because the app was not working. Walk up to the door and a very small sign hand written says “lobby closed. Used drive thru.”

I was low key happy that there was a Popeyes near by but it’s honestly trash. I’ve tried it 3 times since it’s opened and each time the experience has been similar. Tonight was the last time I’ll ever go here. The fries they gave me were obviously old and had been out for likely hours, the cheese in the Mac & cheese was hard – you couldn’t even chew it, and the chicken sandwich was not good at all. I threw it all into the trash where this Popeyes belongs. $30 wasted.

I waited in line 20mins and then a worker comes out at 10:20 and closes the drive thru line. I didn’t get served and neither did the 2 cars in front of me or the 3 cars behind me. This was ridiculous because I drove from South Seattle (20min) wasted gas which is 4.69 gallon. I tried to call to bring it to the Managers attention and the phone just rang! This store has horrible service and the Manager needs to do something quick before they loose all their customers. The workers never greet you with a smile or even a simple hello it’s common sense when someone is coming to spend their money the least you could do is say hello and thank you come again!

Seriously so much better than KFC, don’t even bother going to any other fried chicken chain. The chicken is delicious. Get the spicy if you can because it’s next level. The macaroni and cheese is also way better than KFC. So glad they opened up right down the street
