They either don’t care or do not follow SIMPLE instructions or both. My receipt CLEARLY shows I did not select for any wings but here they are giving me wings. And this is the very reason I did not request for wings.. it’s just batter and bones. I even requested a spicy piece but none were spicy. My husband even went in to CLARIFY the order before receiving it. We shouldn’t have to be in their face and quality check their work. They are getting paid to do their job, not us. Customer service wise, maybe drive thru is better but they just don’t seem to care when people come in the door.

Just had an awesome meal here! The chicken was seriously good, and Terrence made the whole experience even better. Super friendly guy, you can just tell he actually enjoys what he does. He brought out a few different sauces for me to try, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s those little extras that really stick with you. I’m definitely coming back!

I love Popeyes. But this Renton location is horrible. Many times we had to wait 45-50 min after placing our order. And each time they got it wrong. After coming home only to notice they shorted us on our chicken or missed something with our order.
I now drive 30 min to another location since the staff at the Renton one are rude and do not care. Bad service and attitude. Avoid this location and go somewhere else.

Worst service ever!! They should fire the whole night crew in the drive through. Tried to order and they think it’s a place to pull pranks. They weren’t even taking orders and pretending they couldn’t even speak English and purposely messing up order thinking it’s funny. 2 cars in front of me just drove right through with no food. Even myself I just drove right through, not risking them spitting in my food. I will never go back there again. I feel bad for the owner, probably doesn’t even realize how much money they are losing because of terrible employees.

Good sized restaurant. Must seat nearly 100, food is excellent but you must love fried chicken. We ordered on the app, got a discount. Fast ordering and food comes fairly quickly. Busy around lunchtime. A lot of tables light and sunny. Older building but clean and lots of places to sit down. Big parking lot. Very busy.

First let start by it took the lady in drive thru 5-7 to take our order. Then we get to the window and she had an attitude and you can hear the manger arguing with her employees and customers inside the store. There was an employee behind the corner wearing a puffer coat with his hood on working and preparing customers food not to mention he was wearing slides Thats right slides.

Bought new fish sandwich, and it was mushy and not deep fried, tasted microwaved, plus they couldn’t even get pickles on terrible sandwich. Building is terrible looking. Can’t believe this is still open worst fast food restaurants ever

At least when we were there, everything was a chaos. Didn’t mind that for in a restaurant business that happenes but the bad part was in the chaos noone was wearing gloves and touching food, inside the drinking cups and everything else. Sure they run out of paper towels but being in the restaurant business for more than 20 years I totaly get that. BUT, NOT WEARING GLOVES AND TOUCHING EVERYTHING IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE.

Worse drive thru. Waiting a ridiculously a long time 17 mins with just 2 cars in front of me. The mic did not work so had to repeat/shout multiple times. It was definitely not busy inside and this is the 3rd time when I visited this location. The funny thing is that when I get to the window, the food is basically ready so I dont understand the long wait time between taking orders.
