Honestly the food was not so good. The chicken was dry and had little to no flavor, and the Mac and cheese was soggy. The only good thing about the meal was the biscuit. *not to mention they forgot my BBQ sauce after I asked for it 3 times. It was a little busy so maybe it was that. I would like to go to a different Popeyes just to see if this is what its normally like However, I am not impressed at all.

I was not disappointed!! The food was fresh and my pie was still hot after finishing my food. They took my order and got my food in a timely manner. It was pretty busy but I see why. I haven’t had this good of Popeyes in a while. I will be coming back.

After many attempts to go here (for some reason every time we drove pass it was closed even though the business hour said it was open), we finally got to go here on end of February around 7pm for dinner. We got ghost pepper chicken sandwich combo and 4 pc signature spicy chicken. All was great as expected of Popeyes. Friendly staff. They seem to had done some renovations (maybe that’s why they were closed?!), which made the place so open and welcoming. The lady that was there always wish everyone that left “Safe Travels!” I think it’s because she knows 9/10 of the customers are truck drivers. All in all, great experience. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area.

LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!!! Had a wonderful lunch of chicken, beans and rice, biscuits and honey! Very reasonable and Delicious! Clean restaurant and restrooms. Did I mention how AWESOME the employees were? So friendly, nice and efficient. Great meal!

I only get the mild or spicy chicken breasts with a single biscuit these days but I have to say that I miss their Cajun rice!
Chicken is moist and freshly fried, seasoned properly.

They switched to self-ordering and it ruined this location. We’ve stopped here many times on trips over the pass and have always had stellar food and service. This time, despite seeing the same (fantastic) employees as always, it took 10 mins to order our food and 30 after that to receive it. It seems that the new computers up front have ruined their flow. Until they get return to the old system (which they were nailing) we will not be back.

The new kiosk system allows an option to pay with plastic or cash. We opted to use Cash. Nothing had indicated we agould pay at that time. So we waited patiently, receipt & exact cash, in hand. Watching people come & go. Getting their food, even tho they ordered after us. After waiting for an extended we kindly asked the counter lady fulfilling the orders, what the status of ours was? She said, if you haven’t paid, it hasn’t gone thru. After paying her, then our order goes to back of the line. Once we were calle, I recommended there should be a sign to indicate a customer needs to pay the cash, prior to an order being placed. We thought we would pay when our name or number was called. It was a very frustrating experience. I took the liberty to notify other customers who were hiding cash with their receipts.
