Although their chicken sandwich is pretty damn good, their prices have gotten wayyyy out of hand. A 3 piece tender meals was over $16. Its another reason to avoid fast food. . Also their staff are always pretty much indifferent

I recently ordered a 16pc meal and when I got home I only had 12 pieces. I made a complaint through my email order link and only recieved a $5.12 refund. The difference between a 16pc and a 12pc is a lot more than $5. This store constantly messes up my order. They will give mostly breasts without asking if thats OK. This store is never heald accountable. They have a high turnover rate which explains a lot. This store is the worst one Ive delt with.

Placed an online delivery order today because I was exhausted from work. I usually drive to 4601 Watt Ave location, that store has always done a great job. The online site made me order from this store and said 45 min which was fine, when it arrived my daughter’s 6 piece boneless was not in the bag with the rest of the food. I attempted to call the store to let them know, the phone rang and then was picked up and hung up. 45 minutes later I have attempted to reach out to them and keep getting a busy dial tone as if they took their phone off the hook. Worst experience at a popeyes by far. I would give 0/5 if I could at this point.

I just can’t understand it. Sometimes I go thru the drive through and the wait is forever!!!! 20-35 minutes!!! The thing that’s puzzling is you can see inside the restaurant and it’s practically empty of customers. Why is the drive thru wait sooooo long when you’re inside customers are practically nothing????

Stopped by to grab TENDERS for dinner. We arrived 30 minutes before closing, so we couldn’t go back. While ordering, I specifically asked for the chicken tenders for the meal. The lady who took my order said “okay we can do half spicy and half regular” okay sounds good. Went through the drive through picked up our food. We should have checked at the window but assumed our order was correct. Got home and turns out we got regular chicken rather than tenders. I’m still going to eat what I have but still,I’m very disappointed.

Can’t give 0 stars!! Our second time at this Popeye’s location, we will not go back. Chicken was soggy and tasteless. Fries were cold, oily and I was happy the bags were only half full. Sandwiches were limp with very little condiments. Recieved all the wrong sauces. No small drinks for the kids, dumped most of the drinks out!! $40 wasted, we threw out most of it and had cereal for dinner!!

I really like food from Popeyes – when I actually receive it. I have yet to order from this location and have a decent experience whether it’s in store, pickup, or delivery via apps. Never had an order take less than 30 mins to make. Just ordered two Classic Chicken sandwiches via Uber Eats and an hour later, no food. This place is less than a quarter mile from me. Poor delivery guy waited over 35 mins for nothing. He did a great job keeping me posted. Apparently they claimed they didn’t receive the order (not the first time they’ve said this), then they had no chicken sandwiches, doors were locked. They don’t answer the phone. It wasn’t even 9pm. I had to cancel the order. Seven years I’ve been wanting to be a regular customer at this place since it’s so close but every experience is so frustratingly bad it’s just not worth it.
There is nothing worth praising at this specific location. I’m frankly surprised they’re still in business with how they run the place. Nobody seems to know how to do their job basically let alone proficiently. Socializing seems to be more important than working, for them. Don’t waste your time here, at least go to the location on Watt if you need Popeyes. I won’t even consider this place as an option going forward, no more periodic attempts to see if things have changed. The answer is no. At least Kiki’s is close by too.

Online order, 8/12/25… whoever was on shift did not do a good job at all. Chicken was overdone and dried out, phone was not answered after several calls, sauces I wanted were not added. Order another day because this shift wasnt on their game
