What’s wrong with your café chain?
This is the second time I’ve placed an order—this time at a different location—and I still can’t get my food because it’s out of stock.
Don’t you have a stop/disable button for specific items so they don’t appear in the app???
No one calls to inform the customer—they just confront you with the fact when you arrive to pick up the food.
This is a disgusting attitude toward your customers, and it’s not just one specific location, but the entire chain.

The chicken was hot and fresh and they got my order ready to go super quick. The mashed potatoes were good as well. Not sure why they get a lot of bad reviews, don’t expect a Michelin star experience it’s fast food

Love Popeyes chicken sandwich. And occasionally I receive some good coupons that make dining here less painful on the wallet. I always get takeout at this location. It’s not the store or staff fault but I just don’t feel safe. Too many patrons, that aren’t patrons. Just sitting in the back. Unhoused or high. Also, some of the staff are impatient or borderline rude. Again, I take this with a grain of salt because they’ve probably already had their day ruined by rude, awful customers. Plus, the parking lot. There’s active drug dealing occurring out in the parking lot and people using the Wells Fargo ATM have been robbed. I’m in and out as fast as possible.

Walk- in orders only, no drive thru. Lobby/ordering area is a bit small, so it can become crowded with customers waiting to place and pick up orders.

I went in and ordered from the kiosk. I ordered the five piece chicken strip combo. Left the store and got it home. All I got was two pieces and it wasn’t even meat. It was a bunch of breading. I ordered a chocolate biscuit that is as hard as a rock and it’s burnt. I’m highly disappointed. I paid over $14 for this. The quality of food I got is unacceptable. I know that this are not the standards that the brand is going for.

The food from this Popeyes location is extremely concerning. We have ordered chicken sandwiches and wings multiple times, and almost every time we have ended up feeling nauseous, sick to my stomach, or on the verge of vomiting. It genuinely tastes like they’re using spoiled or expired meat and other products.
This isn’t just poor quality — it’s unsafe. I don’t understand how this is still allowed to operate without inspection. Someone needs to look into this place before more people get sick.

Paid $15.76 for 3 piece custom 2 thighs and leg. What I got was two small thighs cooked earlier in the day. and a biscuit.

This was once my favorite Popeyes location. However over the past 3 months I’ve had the worst experiences. Two different occasions my chicken fried too long and old grease. My order not complete and had to return to the store. No apology and not good customer. I live around the corner and would drive 15 + miles to a different location

So I have never ever left a bad review in my life and I love Popeyes but this is genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced the worker are very dry barley listen and always get our order wrong. This most recent experience we had an online coupon and so we go up to the drive through and give them the code, they tell us it’s invalid so we pull up to the window to show them and the lady say “oh my god” and rolls her eyes at us and says it doesn’t work on her computer. Okay? We have the coupon and it IS valid for us so u give us that price. We then go to the parking lot and order online, the coupon obviously works. We pull through to the window and they forget one of our sodas and straws! And they are all crowded at the drive through window whispering to each other acting like we’re the one in the wrong instead of actually doing their jobs. Crazy
