Don’t eat here! Rude customers service and if you place any of their advertised offer from app/email you will be treated like free loader. I like Popeyes as a brand but this franchise location has pathetic service hopefully it gets addressed by corporate or lose all their customers to other burger places.

It’s seem this guy who served was a supervisor or some sort. he was rude and also deceived to have sold 8 pieces of chicken that charges more then 10 pieces deal Popeyes advertised for. I asked for spicy yet the guy gave the regular ones, not fresh whatsoever? I ended up throwing the chicken away and didn’t care going back in there. I wish there was a zero star to give. I am a fan of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen chicken. My family have been buying lunch, dinner and supper from them twice or more times a week. But not this location it suck!!!

I LOVE MY CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!!! ITS SOOOO TASTY, AND JUICY!!! When I went to go pick it up though, the employees were singing Princess And The Frog songs in the kitchen and having a great time cooking it too! The employees were out of this world friendly to me as well! All that singing while cooking is why I think the chicken tastes sooooo good! And also, I love how they have plenty of delicious side dishes to choose from (something I wish Raising Canes had). But Popeyes, please keep up this wonderful work! MAMA ODIE IS COUNTING ON YOU GUYS!!!!

I’ve ordered from this Tracy Popeyes location multiple times, consistently rude employee – they act like they’re annoyed I’m there to buy their chicken , multiple orders where the chicken is overcook to the point it’s tough like chicken jerky. Never again

Dhnya took our order. Right off the bat she had a very rough attitude with us. She was not willing to accommodate for our custom sandwich which we are used to, however, even after we stated it was okay and ordered the simple sandwiches, she repeatedly told us the only options that were available. She then uttered something under her breath to her manager after he made accommodations for us to help better our situation. This is easily the worst experience I’ve had at any Popeyes location.

When you order you have to ask for napkins, utensils, dipping sauce… they do not provide you anything unless you tell them…the restroom has no soap, and not really clean.
