So beyond pissed off right now I ordered through the app a blackend tendor family meal at 9:50 p.m. I arrive and get told that they do not do any blackened chicken after 9:30. So they tell me they will just give me regular tenders but my family does not like the regular tenders they tend to be really Bland so they say I have to cancel the order on the app that already went through and there’s nothing they can do about it now I need to call the customer service to actually get the refund and then I need to place another order if I want something. So I place another order this time wings with a 6-piece tender I get wings with no sauce on them I don’t even get the tenders and then I ordered coleslaw and mashed potato for the side and all I got was a mashed potato not one but three which is not something I wanted I felt like this was just a giant screw you. After I place the order I sat in the Drive-Thru waiting for the order nobody acknowledged me for 20 minutes but I need to feed my family so I knock on the window and someone who is pretty short with me said they were working on it and shut the window so now I’m missing over half my order had to pay twice I wish they just would have said screw you we don’t want to work here and we don’t want to give you service please go somewhere else would have saved me a lot of time I can see why Popeyes keeps losing money and ground in the fast food market when you have a staff and a team that don’t care and are rude to customers extremely disappointed I really wish they’d just build another KFC or something instead or Raising Cane’s most time I at least get decent service there and most of my order

Horrible Customer Service:
As soon as I took the coupon page out of my pocket the cashier’s (tall man with a moustache) attitude changed. He chided me for not tearing the coupon from the page and told me “You have to cut the coupon from home before you present it to the cashier”. I asked him if he is having a bad day because of his aggressive behavior towards me. He immediately denied, but did not apologize.
The older man behind him immediately told me “sorry”. But the cashier avoided contact and mumbled something to the old man. I had half a mind to cancel my order and walk out, but the older man kept saying sorry and I did not want to make a big deal out of it.
The order was fulfilled – no issues, but the Customer Service is HORRIBLE.
Krispy Krunchy Chicken at Chevron’s (corner of Grant and Naglee) is equally good. On top of it, it is Halal, cheaper and more importantly a customer service that treats you fairly.

Classic Chicken Sandwich was nice and soft in some places, crunchy on the other, the bread complimented the chicken, pickles, and mayo. The Mac & Cheese however… was watery for my liking knowing I am used to cheesy and gooey Mac. None the less a solid meal, I hope the Mac next time is improved.

On a Sunday noon, not much people around at this time. The chicken sandwich and fries were decent but were saltier than usual. The atmosphere in the building was nice and clean, with abundant seating. I recommend getting the spicy chicken sandwich for a good lunch, and a family meal for large groups. 12/15 stars

I LOVE MY CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!!! ITS SOOOO TASTY, AND JUICY!!! When I went to go pick it up though, the employees were singing Princess And The Frog songs in the kitchen and having a great time cooking it too! The employees were out of this world friendly to me as well! All that singing while cooking is why I think the chicken tastes sooooo good! And also, I love how they have plenty of delicious side dishes to choose from (something I wish Raising Canes had). But Popeyes, please keep up this wonderful work! MAMA ODIE IS COUNTING ON YOU GUYS!!!!

Best Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Came by 10 minutes before closing and all my food tasted like it just got out the fryer, and the Mac n cheese was firrrreeeee! S/o to the dude closing the store, he deserves a raise!
