Angelica was our host, but the young Mexican guy working the counter was super sweet and attentive as well. Great friendly service, fast service and the food was Hot! And delicious! I got the popcorn shrimp and my husband had the 2 piece meal. I had to leave a good word for these people right here! Thank you. Just passing through but I wish I had service and food was this good from my local Popeyes!

I had a 2 hour drive home from work tonight. I ordered dinner from the app when I was about an hour out. In between that time and me arriving, the manager had to remove Spicy chicken sandwiches from the menu due to the patties being frozen. My app didn’t alert me and I didn’t notice until after I got my food. I mentioned it to the young man at the front counter. It was supposed to be a free spicy chicken for using the app for the first time. Since they didn’t have that, he made it right and replaced it with another menu item. He was SO sweet and friendly. If I could speak directly to his manager, or even the district manager, I’d say you’re making a huge mistake by not making that kid a lead, at bare minimum. The customer service this kid provides was AMAZING. Way to go! We will be back.

I’ve had good experience and bad experience with Popeyes. Merced has the best crispy chicken sandwich. Until just a few days ago I tried some of their crispy chicken pieces like legs thighs and breasts and it was not greasy like KFC. I’ve always loved KFC but I plan on getting a bucket of Popeye’s Chicken next time

After driving for a few hours, we pulled over to eat here. 3:30 p.m. Good food! The guy that helped us was so friendly. Great attitude to have at work. If you like being tested & your buttons pushed then Trust me the two new Mexican workers gray shirt & heavier set orange shirt will test your patience. (im Mexican so don’t try to say I’m racist). They will make you wait & if you watch they work very slow doing the smallest of tasks even when they know the line is long

Do not expect your food to be made on time & the customer service is very dissfactyory. I don’t understand what’s causing the poor attitude & slow service to people ..just be kind & courteous. Just take the order & let people be on their way. Seems as if they have something personal against customers simply standing in line.

They will take very long to open. Sometimes they don’t even greet you when you walk in. Hispanic girl with gray shirt & glasses speaks very rudely & gives special attention & speaks with a nicer tone with them. If you don’t believe me just go see for your self. Portions are small. Today was my last straw. I found out later the heavier hispanic lady is her relative. These two have just been hired recently within the last 4 weeks I would say.
