Never come here unless you want food poisoning. I myself had a chicken sandwich yesterday and was throwing up etc. until 5am this morning. I’ve known multiple other people that have gotten food poisoning at this location as well. do better.

Orders in the drive thru and waited 20 minutes just to be given the wrong food twice. When I try to get it fixed I bang on the door of the dining room (since they closed it) just get yelled at for banging on the door. When I tried to explain I was simply trying to get their attention to get my food I was met with nothing but attitude from the manager. She shoves the bag in my face that’s supposedly my food to get home and find out the 3rd time they gave me the wrong order. Never again. I really hope this store gets shut down or that they hire a whole new crew since they simply just solve issues with attitude and yelling. So unprofessional.

Im not one to write reviews but I’m so tired of places just not caring or trying. We put in an online order tonight around 6pm for our family to have a nice dinner. Get there and wait in the store for almost 20 minutes. They were busy, I get that. But our online order was just sitting behind the counter… In the meantime there are two dudes in the store beefing it out with each other calling profanities and making everyone uncomfortable. No one stepped up and asked them to leave. Finally get our food and get home to find out they forgot two of our sandwiches and a couple drinks. We drove all the way to ceres from Turlock because the Popeyes in Turlock is terrible. Seems Ceres isn’t any different. What a waste of time and money. On top of that, the food that we did get was mediocre to say the least. Popeyes please do better. This isn’t fair.

Chicken was dry and extremely greasy biscuits were a day old and tasted microwaved. Kiosk only offers lemonade with fruit, tea, and Dr. Pepper (did not see the soda dispenser) when selecting a smaller size which is a $.70 cent increase just to be told they don’t have it which meant they stole $1.40 from my wife and me. The dessert was frozen solid so unless you have a chisel you can’t eat it. Don’t recommend.

Put this into consideration next time you plan on eating here, their chicken tenders gave my mother severe food poisoning to the point we had to check her in the hospital this morning. I am very disappointed that a restaurant with hundreds of customers a day can fail on the first rule of food safety.

Hi, so I went to your new location on Mitchell right after work tonight it was 11:05 pm. I ordered the 12pc wings the Mac and cheese and a cheese cake. When I got home I took everything out the bag and notice the container was light for a 12pc. Well I only got 6 wings and they were cold and the mac n cheese was also cold it only takes me a couple mins to get home. I tried calling but there was no answer I’m sure because they had closed by the time I got home.
Update, I called today to let them know what happened the guy that answered was veryyyyy nice and understanding and he replaced what was missing . I’m happy and will be returning.

Walked in, waited a few minutes for a cashier. Looked at prices on the menu and walked out! Single meals costing almost $20 for a couple pieces of chicken and a drink?? I went to the Mexican restaurant down the street.

I never to this but for today I will make an exception. If you want to pay for food online and not get it, come here they will give your food out to a random person. They will tell you that they can remake the order because of their mistake. They will make it seem like it was your fault for their mistake. No refund will be giving and you will need to go through customer service. Employee have attitude and don’t care for the customers.

My last visit was a very big disappointment. I ordered a tenders family meal and almost everything was either cold or tasted like it had been sitting all day. The fries were the worst which I usually like most times. But in this instance the fries were so cold and tasted like they were a day old. The tenders were cold as well. So upset because we waited for our food and I’m okay with waiting but then why was everything so cold and old. Very unhappy and I will not be going back for this.
