I went thru the drive thru placed an order for 2 LG combo tender meals. 1 3 piece mild and 5 piece hot. I get home and the 3 piece isnt tenders yet the worker asked if its tenders I said yes.

On November 14th, at approximately 11:00 p.m., I attempted to place an order at the drive-thru. The facility does not close until 12:00 a.m., but the employee at the window refused to take my order. The employee claimed to be the manager but refused to provide her name when I asked.
She stated that DoorDash orders are served before anyone waiting in the drive-thru line, and she would not take my order. This behavior was unprofessional, showed a lack of customer service, and resulted in a refusal of service while the store was still open.

Not professional at all. Had to ask for someone to come take our order because they were all in the back singing to some music. When I finally or my order it was missing the sides and when I asked they said they just forgot to tell us there wasn’t any more mashed potatoes… instead of replace the side they just decided not to give us what we paid for and there was hair on one of my family combos and when I told them they said that it happens sometimes because the guy who packs had a long black beard and the women don’t put they’re hair up or wear hair nets. Don’t go to this one if u can find a different place. DO NOT BUT HERE. DIRTY AND NOT PROFESSIONAL STAFF EVEN AT 7PM.

I liked Popeyes until I went inside. I only had to go inside because they messed up my order. The place was filthy nasty floor greasy. I wonder how it looks in the back where they’re cooking, And I surely didn’t go in the bathroom. I ordered two fish sandwich classic. When I got to the window, they tell me they don’t have 2 classics and that the wait would be long. So I accept one spicy fish sandwich because they didn’t have 2 classics. But come to find out they didn’t have any classic at all. So they gave me 2 spicy sandwiches one dressed up to be the classic. That’s terrible to make a sale. You don’t know what food allergies someone may have. Give people what they pay for not what you want to give me, with gas prices being this high I should not have to return for a messed up order. The fish sandwich was not good too much tartar sauce Nasty I think they were being funny. Chicken overcook. Too bad I couldn’t post the video of my feet sliding across the nasty greasy floor.

The night shift manager or assistant manager is rude and has an attitude when ordering, her time management skills are horrible. All the other workers are nice and actually care. There was only 5 people there and took at least an hour just to get our food.

25 minute wait followed by a overflowing sandwich was not what I expected. chicken was nice which was the saving grace, the Mac and cheese was congealed and separating. partner’s sandwich was missing pickles in a chicken sandwich. would not dine here again.

I just went got 3# 1s and didn’t get my drinks came back in and was ingnored so now I’m going to call corporate and request for a remake or and my money back my family was heka thirsty and fir the price and the wait the order was wrong twice the first time then tryed to retrieve my drinks and to aval was it corrected I’m going to contact corporate office right now I’ll keep the public updated as to what the end result will be thanks

The night staff is terrible. They have no manners and speak very rudely. It will ruin your mood. Don’t go to this store at night. When I asked for my order, they refused to give me my order after making me wait at the drive thru for half an hour.
