After placing a mobile order, we still waited over 10 minutes at the counter due to no one in the front attending. Decided to go through the drive thru and still waited another 5 minutes… yet nobody attended us. Decided to drive up to the window employee was there and did not bother to say anything. Manager saw us after 2 minutes of waiting and made up excuses as to why we weren’t getting attended. Finally got our food and obviously it was cold. Service was terrible and food obviously tasted disgusting due to already being cold.

I ordered chicken for dinner. I forgot to tell them if I wanted regular or spicy and they didn’t ask. They gave me spicy and my grandson wasn’t able to eat it. As a rule customers should be asked but the go to should be regular.

The place is new. It’s not that big. There’s not enough worker, the one who served us is new and confused by himself but he is quite nice. The chicken and the mash potatoes are good.

The place is clean and neat. We tried to use the coupon on the machine, but it won’t accepted it, bit the manager Julie was helping us with a similar over and she’s very nice and knows what she has to do. The store seems still understaffs.

On sept 22 at 7:52 pm the woman “imee” who was taking my order was so focused on socializing and laughing eith her co workers that she kept repeating everything i said at the speaker at least twice and wouldnt pay attention to me. After asking for two sides she expressed they only give out one side. Thats completely odd considering it says on their menu that a large has 2 sides. When i attempted dto order my 2nd meal and asked for 2 sides again ONLY then did she realize that a large has 2 sides and then asked me if i would like to order my meals in largem if she was paying attentiom to her career she would have cared to make that adjustment sooner. Then, once i purchased my food, where i was the only one in lime, the manager instructed me to wait at the front near the front door, which, conveniently, is a red firelane curb that would have earned me a traffic infraction had i parked where she asked. Also, what reason was i sent out of the drive through if there was no queue of orders for you to serve? Completely sloppy work this crew ” provided” to me this evening. I was waiting outside for over 10 minutes for my food . absolutely no reason it shouldve taken this long when there wqs no one else ordering. Did they do something to my food?

Popeyes has done it again. Their sandwiches are the best around, crispy and large. Service was awesome, clear and makes sure they don’t get your order wrong. Ignore the negative review, if you were to follow the sign it would lead you straight to the drive through. Getting out isn’t bad either. it’s right in an intersection so you would just wait for a red light if it’s too bad.

I ordered here was missing food. I orders 2 six piece wings they only gave me 1. When I called they forwarded my calls after calling 6 times they put me on hold for 15 minutes. Smh I heard someone breathing on the phone listening to see if I would hang up.

If you want your order correct, don’t go here. I ordered a regular meal, the worker even repeated it back to me and STILL gave me the wrong order. I came back to get it right the second time and another worker got it wrong again!! It’s like they don’t care. They need better training. Smh ♀️

They have kiosks instead of cashiers, but Maria is there if you need assistance. She’s very friendly and helpful. I was trying to order the $6 special and she guided me through the process. The food was delivered quickly, it was hot and tasty. I’ll definitely be back and I recommend it for its cleanliness, friendliness, and quick service.

Best Popeye’s I have ever had. The restaurant was clean and modern, and the chicken and red beans and rice were prepared just right and came out fresh. The one downside is they are insisting on customers using the kiosk to order. The staff was willing to explain the reasoning, but as a consumer, I will always see this as cutting corners. Same as the grocery store with self checkout- if I’m going to do a job in your business, then I expect an employee discount!
