This was the worst Popeyes I have ever been to.

I don’t really enjoy ordering on the counter, and I noticed that this Popeyes had 3 kiosks. However, despite them being fully functional, with me even able to click on it and use it, there were still signs saying it was unavailable. I decided it was fine, and ordered on my phone. After it was over, I decided to go over to the counter and pick it up. However, the only worker there was preparing food, and despite me trying to be polite and calling out for help, they still ignored me fully. Even when I raised my voice to the point where the entire restaurant can hear, they still ignored me until finally after 3 minutes of me standing, they brought me my food.

Eating is an experience, and the impact the workers leave usually leave a much longer standing memory than the food actually does, which is why higher end restaurants have such good customer service. This establishment was the exact opposite. The workers were like machines with no emotion, not saying a single word to me at all. No greeting when I came in, and never said a word when handing me my food.

If you’re ever in the area, please do not eat at this place. There are countless other excellent restaurants at both Westgate mall and Westgate West, with better food.

If the owner is reading this, please put a heavier enforcement on better customer service. That is what gets customers coming back and ordering more food, and will help business boom in the future, as I came in during lunch rush hour on a weekend and there was only 1 other family there.

After reading my review, the owner provides a nonsense response, which I put into multiple AI detectors, each telling me that its 100% AI. This pattern holds true for all of the other responses that the owner had left, showing that the owner doesn’t care about satisfying customers, only to hold them off temporary.

A true owner loves their restaurants and takes constructive feedback to better improve their restaurant, while the one here doesn’t even read the responses left.

I love Popeyes chicken very much, better than Kentucky fried chicken. Today, I came to Saratoga, San Jose, I saw the price shows 2 pcs combo was $17, and the server not very nice, she’s not trying to keep the customers, but showing sort of no cares. I total understand everything about raise, I haven’t come to this location for almost a year. I feel less customer than before, could be more because the owner there now. Wish the people who takes order could be nicer.

So I ordered cheesy bite, too salty and over cooked. I think I won’t come to this one, but will still go to Santa Clara branch and or other locations. I waited for 5 minutes.

I swear every time I come to this Popeyes, I leave slightly dissatisfied, I always place my order for pick up and it seems like they’ll have me waiting for my order when I get there even when I say I’m there for pick up then don’t ask me my name. I just feel like the customer service is lacking somewhat also every time I come here the sides are never proportioned properly. The Red beans and rice is 90% beans 10% rice and sometimes the rice is hard. if you order their mashed potatoes and gravy, be prepared to have 95% mashed potatoes and 5% gravy, even for a large. This time I thought I’ll just mention how the mashed potatoes doesn’t have enough gravy in the container while I was there instead of coming home disappointed once again, and ask if they could top it off with gravy for me and they refused. saying that I would have to pay for an additional side of 4.99 for a side of gravy which I didn’t need. I just wanted enough for the serving that was ordered. I don’t understand why it was such a huge thing and why I received so much attitude for my request. Probably wouldn’t return to this location.

Chicken was undercooked, still raw inside. I ordered 4 leg and thigh, 2 of them are undercooked and you can see blood and pink meat. It’s a very serious food safety issue.

No complaints on Classic Popeyes chicken flavor. Good amount size ( additional pieces if there are smaller ones) but parking is not ez. This is a my pick up place when there are 2 folks in the car 🙂

I heard the night manager shouting at his female employees, and when he handed me my dinner his breath smelled of alcohol. Pretty sure the name tag said Jose. Seriously shady place. No one needs chicken that badly.

Staff was nice, but the manager Suleyma rather throw away over $20 worth of food and give me $.70 extra on top of my refund then to give me the accurate portion of food. The$.70 she gave me extra would have covered the beans smh. I can’t wait for the robot to take they’re place because at least then the will be accurate! Now I have to drive out the way because the Popeyes near my house rather cheat the customer

Park in the back, it is easier.

The chicken price is a bit more expensive, per piece wise.

The chicken is crispy, but the meat is not as juice.
