Longest wait ever… Ordered online and waited 30 after pickup time. Had some kids working and could care less about it . Wings scrony and chicken was all thighs no drums. Terrible existence,only went cuz we were craving but had a bad dinner still. Do t go unless it’s slow.

I do enjoy Popeyes and my experience at this Gilroy location was above enjoyable! I stopped here for a late night meal. The line was long and it was close to 10:30pm and I was not sure if I would receive the quality of food I’ve come to expect. It was a bit of a wait but when I got to the window to pick up my food I was relieved to receive hot an fresh food. The bonus was the young staff, that inspite of the late hour were working diligently to get out the orders. It was so refreshing to see them all seeming to be enjoying their job. I hope their supervisor acknowledges their positive attitudes. I will make this a regular food stop when I am in the area.

Do not work in costumer service if you don’t have the capabilities. I have an accent I know but we are in California and you work at costumer service. Not only I was dismissed by the drive-thru person but I got an 8 pc drumsticks instead of 8 pc fillets!!! With an at least 2 days old coleslaw! And rude rude personnel. Won’t ever come back

Never coming here again. The employees were very rude and the service was slow. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No toilet paper or paper towels and garbage all over the floor, even outside of the bathroom. This place seriously needs to do better.

The receptionist lady told me that their restroom was out of order which was not, because I saw her open the restroom door for another customer. I used the restroom after the other customer and everything was fine in the restroom, she was just too lazy to open the door for customers.

LONGEST wait ever!! The 3 people I noticed were polite and seemed to be trying their best. 1 diner was already eating, I was 1 of 3 online orders. 2 diners walked in after. I waited to go in until my scheduled pick up time, then waited another 35 minutes for my order. Total wait: OVER AN HOUR. Not stopping at this branch in the future.
