This review is specifically about an employee named FATIMA, and her behavior was so unacceptable that she should not be working in a customer-facing role at all.
I placed and PAID for an online order that clearly stated it would be ready at a specific time. When I arrived on time, my order was not ready, which already showed poor organization. The pickup instructions stated that I only needed to give my name, which I did.
Despite this, FATIMA demanded to see my phone and immediately became argumentative, rude, and accusatory, as if she assumed I was trying to steal my own order that I paid for. There was no professionalism, no attempt to clarify, and no basic respect. Her tone and attitude were hostile and completely inappropriate.
What makes this even worse is that after the confrontation, FATIMA deliberately prepared my food in an extremely sloppy manner, which felt like a petty and intentional act of retaliation. That is not just unprofessional — it raises serious concerns about judgment and customer care.
This entire experience was caused by FATIMA’s attitude, assumptions, and lack of professionalism. Employees who accuse paying customers, argue instead of help, and retaliate by mishandling food should not be employed in this environment. This is not a “bad day” — this is behavior that reflects someone who should not be working here at all.
Management needs to take this seriously and remove FATIMA from her position, because customers deserve to feel respected, not accused or punished.

This is one of the best Popeye’s I have ordered from; in terms of service, food and the friendliness of the entire staff. They are polite and will work with you if the order is not what you have expected. The service is exceptionally quick. However, the area is sketchy. Just be aware of your surroundings and you’ll be fine.

I went to try out the new Chicken Wrap on Tuesday , it was amazingly good. 2 days later, craved for chicken wraps, food quality is poor, very thin strip of chicken, not juicy, salty, and the tortilla is broken. Ordered two of the Chicken wraps, both tasted the same awfulness. This was very unappetizing to eat that costed $9.90 for the two wraps! I would pay for this price if the food quality is at least decent. I was excited while walking home to eat it, so much disappointment, ruined my day.

The service was terrible; they don’t pay attention to whether the order is complete. I paid for items that weren’t included in the order. The food itself is fine, but the service regarding order accuracy is awful.

I just got the mild 2pc chicken combo like 15mins ago today, 11/10/25 from this place, and when I tried the chicken, it’s not seasoned, even the batter is not seasoned. What happened? So disappointed. The chicken was fried to perfection though. My receipt was not given to me.

Came into the store to be immediately verbally accosted by NAYELI a manager. She exclaimed that I was harassing a another customer. I apologized to the man immediately to be told ” sir you didn’t bother me at all” the issue was me placing my coffee on the counter after I said excuse me. She has been no to harass customers that look like me in the past. As well as she made a mistake by only preparing one sandwich when two were ordered on a previous day. I was able to get another made after being inconvenienced 50mins!

When I started to order my food, the cashier was handing food to another customer. She didn’t respond to what I said, then I repeated what I ordered just in case she didn’t get it. She rudely yelled out my food items, leading to another staff to laugh. Then she walked to the lady who laughed and whispered to her. The whole service made me feel uncomfortable and offended. They’re so unfriendly and rude!

My usual spot for some good ‘ole fried chicken. The staff is always friendly and courteous; even I’ve noticed a lot of employee turnovers. I have also noticed the new register system where now it takes mobile payments. They finally upgraded. The food is always good. One thing to keep in mind though, on their special priced Tuesdays; the line is pretty long. To avoid this, come before 12noon or after 1pm.
