I placed and PAID for an online order that clearly stated it would be ready at a specific time. When I arrived on time, my order was not ready, which already showed poor organization. The pickup instructions stated that I only needed to give my name, which I did.
Despite this, FATIMA demanded to see my phone and immediately became argumentative, rude, and accusatory, as if she assumed I was trying to steal my own order that I paid for. There was no professionalism, no attempt to clarify, and no basic respect. Her tone and attitude were hostile and completely inappropriate.
What makes this even worse is that after the confrontation, FATIMA deliberately prepared my food in an extremely sloppy manner, which felt like a petty and intentional act of retaliation. That is not just unprofessional — it raises serious concerns about judgment and customer care.
This entire experience was caused by FATIMA’s attitude, assumptions, and lack of professionalism. Employees who accuse paying customers, argue instead of help, and retaliate by mishandling food should not be employed in this environment. This is not a “bad day” — this is behavior that reflects someone who should not be working here at all.
Management needs to take this seriously and remove FATIMA from her position, because customers deserve to feel respected, not accused or punished.
I ordered a combo meal with 3 chicken tenders, a beverage and buttermilk ranch. When the order was delivered, they didn’t include the dipping; also the drink. The service was terrible; they don’t pay attention to whether the order is complete. I paid for items that weren’t included in the order. The food itself is fine, but the service regarding order accuracy is awful.
