This is one of my favorite Popeyes Louisiana Kitchens. They always get my order right, and they never forget the sauce. I never have to wait long for my food, and they are busy, so the chicken is freshly fried. The sides is constantly good, too. The overall quality of this popeyes is good! Just remember to tell them not to put the coleslaw on top of the hot food.

First of all, we have going to this restaurant for 5+ years without any issues. We went there in July of 2025 and got our usual family order (10 piece meal). Unfortunately this time the meat was undercooked and got sick from it. I reached out on their website to let them know. They were very gracious (both Custer service and manager at the store both sent me emails)
They said your next meal was on them so just recently (10/24/25) we went back and received our complimentary 10 piece. Again, it made us very sick. That is very worrisome considering that has NEVER happened before our last 2 vists. Months in-between each order as well. Ive reached out again to Popeyes customer service to let them know

I ordered the new chicken nuggets from Popeye’s online that was supposed to be mild when I got it to the house it was hot,The food there in Vallejo they cook it very spicy, I also ordered some shrimp I asked the lady at the window was it spicy so I took off driving and as I was driving I taste a piece it was very spicy I did not want to go back to exchange it did not taste good and the biscuit was hard and the fries was not good I was not pleased with the food at Popeye’s in Vallejo California The mango lemonade was the best

Great taste! I am always reluctant to eat chicken because of the taste, is like they do not marinate or cook the raw chicken right straight from cold frozen packs.
This was my first and only good experience with a great taste chicken!! I had the family meal for tenders which is sufficient for 4-5 people.
Service was amazing, as they employ Latino people that are the MOST AMAZING in customer service ever!

Food usually good. But it is hard to communicate with most of the employees that speak Spanish. They don’t understand basic English. The only one that understands English well is the only Asian female employee. Also the always have the heater on no matter what the weather is outside. So it feels stuffy and hot inside the lobby 99% of the time

Tried to place an order on DoorDash and they didn’t accept the order. Just think it’s bullshit they’re in there being paid to work but not working. Whoever is on shift right now, you’re a lazy worker and shouldn’t continue working somewhere where you don’t want to actually DO YOUR JOB. Actually pissed. Currently pregnant and this was the only thing that sounded good. This place will never get my money.
