Server in the drive through sounded like she couldn’t be bothered to take my order. No coleslaw, no corn, in requested spicey coating but got a tasteless, half warm coating and then fried tasted old. Very disappointed. Won’t come back here again, I’d rather go to the Livermore outlet.

Both my kids became extremely sick after eating here.
They had a severe bout of food poisoning — our younger son vomited more than 20 times over the course of nearly three days, to the point where we were close to taking him to the ER. It was truly frightening as a parent.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was serious enough that I feel other families should be aware. I hope the restaurant investigates this urgently to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Food is fine. The problem is them consistently messing up orders. I placed an order for 2 meals and they messed up every single thing about both meals. On top of that I had to drive back down there after paying for a tip and delivery

Food is great.
Too busy to even care for customers who is inside. Have to wait for a long time just to get attention to even grab napkins & I don’t understand why should One has to ask for napkins? can’t they keep some in the food bag or provide a dispenser next to drinks . Have to make a trip again for sauces for dipping the nuggets…poor customer service

Order: 2 Chicken Tenders Combos (via Uber Eats)
I am writing this review to warn future customers and demand corporate action against the manager on duty during this incident.
The Problem: NO MAIN COURSE RECEIVED!
I placed an order for TWO Chicken Tenders Combos with a in-app BOGO promo. Upon arrival for pickup at Popeyes Dublin (7122 Regional St, Dublin, CA 94568) around 3pm, I checked the bag and found the entire main course was missing. I received NO CHICKEN TENDERS WHATSOEVER! The bag only contained the side items: 2 fries, 2 biscuits, and 2 sodas.
The Manager’s Brazen Deception and Refusal to Help!
I immediately notified the Manager on Duty. She pulled up the order and, in a breathtaking display of deceit, insisted that my order only consisted of “2 fries, 2 biscuits, and 2 cups of soda.” She deliberately omitted the main item, trying to make me look like I’m the idiot who ordered it wrong!
When I showed her the official receipt on my app clearly stating “2 Chicken Tenders Combo,” she flat-out refused to correct the error, using the ridiculous excuse: “It’s the system issue, I cannot do anything.”
This manager was clearly pretending she didn’t know what a “Chicken Tenders Combo” is. She displayed no shame, no heart, or decency, while my wife and my hungry 2 years old daughter waiting for the food!
Evasion During Uber Eats Call!
When I was forced to call Uber Eats Customer Service, their agent called the store. I immediately heard the phone ringing behind the counter, but the manager DECIDED TO HIDE IN THE BACK and let it ring! After I started yelling that she needed to come out and answer the business line during business hour, she finally emerged.
I had to pass my personal phone to her to speak with the Uber Eats agent. Even while talking to the agent, she continued her elaborate performance by playing dumb, claiming it was “all system error,” and acting like it was normal for a combo meal to be missing the chicken. I had my phone on speaker and could clearly hear the Uber Eats agent having to EXPLAIN THE MENU, THE PICTURE, AND BREAK DOWN THE ITEMIZED COSTS to convince this “manager” that the chicken was indeed missing. What a joke?
DEMAND FOR CORPORATE ACTION!!!
This is not a mistake; it is deliberate, unethical behavior and an attempt to defraud a customer. I demand Popeyes Corporate investigate this manager immediately. This individual is an experienced liar and MUST BE FIRED for her unacceptable conduct and refusal to uphold basic standards of honesty.
PUBLIC WARNING!
I saw another customer left a review 2 months ago, including a clear picture of this manager (YES, it’s the same lady), and 2 months later, she is still here bullying customers. This speaks volumes about the store owner’s management and standards. I have to think maybe it’s the owner’s intention to let her behave this way to MAKE SOME EXTRA MONEY!?
For future customers, please make sure you check your order meticulously before leaving. Or just simply AVOID THIS LOCATION unless you want to put yourself into the same situation as me and many other customers who had the same bad experience.

Ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese combo. It didn’t come with cheese and bacon. And it’s not spicy at all. I think they messed up my order. But the front counter didn’t agree.
Other than not being spicy the chicken isn’t moist. But it’s thick and a good price for a meal.

Place was empty but every table was dirty. Garbages were overflowing. Chicken tender were so small. Eating the 5 piece tenders felt like eating a 5 piece of nuggets only more expensive. I won’t be coming back to this location.
