This review is more about service than it is for the food. I visited here and was helped by a young lady named Aalicia. She was very professional and patient while I decided on my order. That made my experience great! Lots of time you come into these establishments and the workers try to rush you through so that they can get you in and out. Aalicia provided excellent customer service and for that reason alone I would visit the establishment again.

I ordered chicken tenders at the drive-thru, confirmed my order at the window, and paid but when I got home, I found bone-in chicken instead. To make matters worse, I was never given a receipt.
I went back to the store right away to have the order corrected, but the manager refused to replace my food because I didn’t have the receipt. As someone who used to be an assistant manager for Popeyes, I know how the process works, and I also know that this situation could’ve easily been handled differently. I’m fully aware that some stores shut down their fryers after 9 PM to start the closing process, and it was clear they simply didn’t want to make my tenders because of that.
This was poor customer service and completely avoidable. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable just the food I actually ordered. I’d appreciate if this situation could be reviewed and the issue made right, whether that’s a replacement or refund. More importantly, I hope this manager is reminded that customer satisfaction shouldn’t be sacrificed for convenience at closing time.

There good is so nasty and the chicken taste old! They never provide quality in store or door dash! The chicken taste like old grease , the biscuit hard as super glue , the fries someone the like mush! This is sad and needs to be rectified!

I have been sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches with no pickles all the cars that were in the parking lot came after me and got their food. This is not the 1 st time but the 2 nd time this has happened!

I visited this Popeye’s location this past Friday and the food was packaged well and was hot. Staffing however was questionable. There was only one employee working the front registers and her name was Samaya from what I remember. She looked like she had more than 15 online orders to pack and 5 were people in line. She was the only black employee in the establishment at the time actually doing work and hard labor while I saw a bunch of people in the back of other ethnic origin doing little prep but a lot of socializing. In the times we are in, and as a black woman, it makes me feel disheartened to see that employee have no support during my entire time there. Popeye’s is the only fast food establishment I go to since the cuisine is native to my Louisianan roots but I hated to see that kind of treatment be done to the same people who made the establishment. If I see this happen again, I’m afraid I won’t have the ability to keep quiet on the issue.

Went last night didn’t get my order right and forgot my sides again paid almost 40 for a sandwich and 6 wings that seemed microwaved decided to give it another chance but this location is a joke and when you write a review they say they’ll look into it they don’t do anything about it idk how it’s still open

They are open for business! The website says open for dine-in, pick up inside, or drive-thru. However, dine in is not available!!!!! Anyway, we chose to order ahead and pick-up. When we arrived I went straight to the doors and it was opened. Of course my order wasn’t ready. So I had to wait. I saw a couple of things in the menu I hadn’t seen so I ordered a couple more things. What was odd about being inside the store was, I didn’t know I was allowed inside. One of the employees just went straight to the doors and locked it. So I was confused…

No one said anything to me of what was going on or anything. Once I received my order I asked the cashier if they were closing or if the dining area was closed. He said “oh no one is allowed inside but since you were inside I just took your order.” Ok that was nice of him but it would have been nice for them to just tell me what was going on. Instead there was a moment of awkward feeling.

Anyway, got the food it was nice and hot but was not fresh. Not only did I have to wait for the food it wasn’t even fresh. I ordered Apple Pies and Beignets (new) those were the best things in my food order. Sorry to disappoint all of you but I have no food pictures to share, they didn’t look good enough for photography.

Customer Service needs improvement no matter what the situation is. Need to communicate with customers. Otherwise there’s not much to say about this location except for just come to the drive-thru, service might be faster :).

Note: staff wore masks and gloves and hand sanitizer was available at the door.

At over $16 for a 5pc chicken strip combo, you’d think it’s not too much to ask for the correct drink that you ordered and, a spoon to eat the side with. My fault for assuming good service and not checking my order. Fortunately, I’m restoring an RV and just taking a break for lunch so, we had spoons but, that’s still not a good look. Not to mention that the 1st strip was undercooked. Steered wide of that one!
