I went to the drive thru Friday night. It wasn’t busy i ordered 12 pieces bundle. With two mash and biscuits. I got cold chicken one mash I fries no biscuit. I paid 45 bucks for an order that I threw half away. Your personal don’t listen to an order making 20 an hour. There’s no excuse why serve cold chicken or get an order wrong. They don’t check the bag. Why must I be the one. There should be someone checking making sure orders are correct. Bad service. Kids talking to much to one another instead of being professional in front of a customer

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. My experience was great. A lot of people forget that people that work in customer service are humans too, and feel the need to berate and degrade them. I got exceptional service in my food was hot and fresh. I was in and out within five minutes. They have an excellent team In are doing their best, which is well above average.

Classic chicken sandwich was average. Bacon and cheese chicken sandwich came with a stale bun. We entered as soon as restaurant opened. The floors were lightly littered with paper and one of the kiosks had a receipt hanging from it. We were not greeted. The bathrooms were not great and clearly need repairs/updating. Seems there is a lack of pride in ownership by the franchise holder.

We decided to grab something quick on our way home and made an app order. Pulled up to the windows and the workers couldn’t even understand we had a pick up order. When they finally figured it out, they told us to wait for the order in their parking lot. It’s been 30 minutes and we still haven’t received anything???

I love popeyes but this location is not it. Mac and cheese was brown like it had been sitting, mashed potatoes was watery and the ladies at the register did not acknowledge us and had no change for cash orders. While we waited many people kept coming in because there was mistakes with their to-go orders. Don’t eat here.

Wait time is a little longer which is expected. But the food is well worth the wait. When that chicken comes out the fryer mmm mmmm finger licking good. The biscuits always be putting me to sleep. I always feel like I need a nap after some Popeyes. Them workers are always friendly and happy to help customers with the door or the kiosk. The door takes a little bit of a push to open, restrooms could use some TLC.

Pulled up 15 minutes before closing and got turned away because “they didn’t have any food”. The work force is so different from a few years ago, customer service is a dead issue. No one cares anymore lol. I won’t ever assume this location has food again cuz really? First and last time coming here.

Foods great sucked they had none of their Popeyes signature sauce. Their dine-in area was terrible. They close at 9:30 the dine in area; we showed up at 8:40ish and it was so hot inside. I think they purposely turn off the AC to push customers out and not dine in. They wouldn’t even open the doors for air flow, it was terrible since we didn’t have a choice to eat elsewhere as far as where to sit.
