According to my boyfriend, his sandwich would have started with a 10/10. Which was fortunate, but then it dialed down to a 3/10. The meat wasn’t fully cooked, and I’m disappointed that this could have infected my boyfriend. And thankfully it shouldn’t as the sandwich only got worse. Hope to say this location is not worth it.

She is the manager and she is very rude she got upset because I asked her to make my food fresh because she scratched her hair, touched her nose then got my food and was laughing over the food with the cook . The customer service is very poor and the food place is dirty. The only reason I asked to make it fresh is because she did not want to refund.

I have has two bad experiences one with my parents and with my friends. One they were very rude and the second time with my friends I ask for a sauce and they gave me the wrong one they made me pay for it as well I told them they gave me the wrong salude I asked for buffalo and they gave me sweet and heat then i told them they gave me the wrong one and they gave me a cocktail sauce and when they gave it to me they were very rude

This Popeyes is AWFUL. I live in Tracy and we have a GREAT Popeyes. I visited this location because I was in the area for business. I took a bite and it was nearly all gristle. There were no spices in the batter, and the chicken itself tastes like it was nearing the expiration date. The staff was also kind of bizarre, I felt like I was at a carnival.

The standard Spicy Chicken sandwiches were lousy and soggy breads. Maybe they were seating around for fir a while in the foils. The service is bad too. They charged for a a tiny cup of water.
