Ordered thru app for pickup. App notified my order is ready for pickup. Went there and the order is not ready and had to wait 20 min more. Happened twice and there won’t be a third time for sure. Why send a notification that it’s ready when it’s not. I could have used my time more useful than wasting it waiting.

It seemed like the staff were new and/or weren’t familiar with the menu. We ordered the 16 piece family meal that was supposed to me with large sides – we got a large rice & beans, but a small coleslaw in the bag. The chicken and biscuits were correct.

Convenient location for anyone driving the highway to stop by and grab some food. It wasn’t crowded when we visited this place around 11:40 am. Employee who took our order was friendly and prompt. Took 10 mins or so for order to be served. Love that they have the option for regular and spicy chicken to be served 50/50 for a bucket option. Chicken was crispy, a little bit salty. Spicy chicken was not really that spicy. Mac n cheese was a bit soggy and too oily.

Not very friendly, food is descent, and no one seems to ask if you want honey or sauce. Usually I have items missing but thankfully today just no honey or sauce.

I used the app to order which is very convenient. However I picked up my order and my Nuggets were all hard as a rock, probably been sitting for awhile. Only 1 out 8 nuggets were edible. If I had the time to go back I would of! Get my money back!

So of all the locations visited, the Pittsburg was by far busiest. Both drive up & counter were lined up down & around. Took half hour to place our order.

How sad i ordered a family meal. My macaroni wasn’t even full in the container. And my 14 piece tender were the smallest pieces of tenders i ever seen. Some pieces were smaller than chicken nuggets luckily i only had 2 of my 4 kids with me today. How sad i drove from napa to get the chicken.

I come here All The Time for work. Place is a joke. Today 11/1 soda machine in lobby no ice. At least half the flavors out so I run with the Coke. Flat. Order a 3 piece tender at lunch. No mild Tenders ready? This is a chicken restaurant right? Let me get a side of Cole slaw with my meal. They are OUT. Lmao of cole slaw. It’s not a hot item. You order and prep it in the morning.
