Food is decent, usually crispy and fresh (not always though). Service is alright, but the worst part is the atmosphere and space. The bathroom is DISGUSTING, toilet was so disgusting that people pooped in the trash can, and bathroom is just nasty overall. The tables and floor can be sticky and crummy, and just gives a overall gross feeling. Overall though, it’s good for just take out, but to dine in, isn’t a pleasant experience. Also very hard to find parking, so plan accordingly!

I got a deal on Grubhub so I went and get it. The service was very fast and nice! The food was so fresh and so crispy. The environment is also very clean. Love getting the chicken wings from them!! The outside color look a little sketchy, but the inside was maintained really well.

Line was pretty fast for the infamous sandwiches. It only took 1 hour to get them vs the normal 1 and a half wait or worse, being out of the item. But once I ate the sandwich it wasn’t bad. People over exaggerated because I assume they can’t cook or simply haven’t used seasonings before! Popeyes will always be cool to me as a nostalgic chicken and biscuit restaurant!

This place will give you what they want; NOT what you ASKED for. The women in the morning and early afternoon are a horrible staff. If you ask for fresh food the lady supervisor will tell them to put the food that has been sitting there already in the grease real quick and give it to you. They do not make fresh orders at your request for fresh food! The man supervisor that has been there for years comes in the evening; he will make sure your order is right. I witness this with my own eyes, on several different occasions. So yes, I can differentiate the differences between the staff early in the day versus the staff late in the evening. My experience with this store is not good. My recommendation is that you go to Popeyes Daly City, across the street from the shell gas station.

While the chicken is good, the math on their app is broken. The total was correct when I checked out. I only caught the overcharge on my receipt. 3.99+3.99+8.99=16.97 not 20.36. I wonder how many other people fell victim to their buggy app/website.

Not sure if they’re using old grease or they’re under cooking the chicken, but I got extremely sick after eating here some of the meat I could not eat cause it was slimy or still pink I ordered from the app and by default. It gave me this one so I guess I will no longer be ordering from the app for delivery.
