We waited a long time for our food, but at first it wasn’t really an issue because fresh food cooked well is always nice, but…we drove 40 minutes to our house just to bite into our chicken and half of the food was raw inside. Now being 40 minutes away and with raw food, the long wait is now annoying. Waiting for cooked food isn’t that big of a deal, but waiting forever for food that’s not even cooked, is irritating. It’s late at night, too far away, exhausted from work and all I have to work with is a biscuit and a scoop of mashed potatoes. $16.99 is alot for a biscuit, a scoop of mashed potatoes and raw chicken. Im a hormonal lady who had a craving for fried chicken and the part of the meal I wanted, I can’t even eat. If I get food poisoning imma be pissed.

I’m not sure what it was tonight but my experience was terrible! Not only was my food cold, but there were items missing. I tried to speak to management, but he acted like I was bothering him- it’s like, “why did you come to work if you didn’t want to deal with people?” Needless to say, I will never return to this restaurant again. The manager really left a bad taste in my mouth. Advice- go somewhere else. Try the Louisiana’s Chicken off of I; you won’t be disappointed and thank me later.

Went to this popeyes this morning… ordered food ahead of time on the app and pulled up to the speaker and I was the first person in line. Waited about 2 mins before the employee came to the speaker I told them I placed my order online and they said “okay wait at the speaker and I will tell you when to pull up” but I looked in my rear view mirror and saw a line of cars formed behind me. Having worked at a restaurant with a drive thru I know they were trying to preserve their window time but I believed it would be way more efficient if they took the next cars order and started making it as they have a team of people in the kitchen instead of taking an order one by one and then making it– it slows down their time overall.
The lady at the drive thru on October 12 2025 at approximately 12 pm ( I wish i got a pic of her face or her name but pretty sure she hides her name tag so she can speak to customers the way that she does) I pull up to the window and she gives me attitude saying “I told you to wait at the speaker and I will tell you when to pull up” I said “but theres a whole line of cars waiting for their order” she gives me a nasty attitude and cuts my sentence off with the “that doesnt matter” and tries to shut the window.
Tried speaking to the manager but it seems like shes supportive of these kinds of workers and she’ll just tell the customer what they want to hear like “yeah yeah i’ll talk to her” — after she tried to argue with me about her window time too. You workers have no sense of urgency, no respect, and if you hate your job so much how about you just move on to better things in life instead of trying to take out your anger on other people for the smallest things– your attitudes say a lot about how you feel about yourself and where you are in life!
This place is so incredibly ghetto its sad. Anytime I have come to this location the food takes forever, lines take forever, and theres always a sour attitude. Corporate should just shut this location down

First time trying out this popeyes location during my stop on the vacation. I have been craving for some chicken tenders, especially Popeyes for sure.
I ordered it online with 12 pieces of chicken tenders, the price is a little high since ordered from doordash, but to be honest, the tender is absolutely delicious and crunchy. The texture of the tenders are on point and the taste is stunning and flavorful. They employees give me the sauces that I wishes and they prepared the togo order is good job.
Amazing first time trying, and well worked. Thank you for caring about customer food eventhough I ordered it at 11 P.M at night.

Update 10/08/2025 I believe I ordered the day of my review (I threw away the receipt and paid cash so no bank record) and I ordered a spicy 2 piece meal and asked for all wings. I was told one spicy wing was available but was offered a regular wing. I then asked for a spicy breast and was told that wasn’t available either. So I ended up with one spicy wing and one bland non-spicy wing. I arrived at the restaurant about an hour after opening so not having available chicken is absurd. My last comment is there are quite a lot of complaints with Popeye’s responses being the team will be talked to. So are your employees not listening to your leadership because many of the reviews I read are the result of employees not caring about customer service and it seems like the quality of food served either.

This is the second time I buy through the app to pick up at the drive thru and they give me whatever they want, this time I ordered some spicy bone in wings and they gave me some simple nuggets, also the potatoes don’t look fresh, they feel like they’re reheated.

Awful service. Last 2 times lying about being spicy chicken when you get it, it never is. Well tonight i tried it right i front of them and I was told there chicken isn’t spicy anymore maybe the chicken in the morning is more spicy. Lol how to people come up with things like this to say. I got home and there was 2 pieces of spicy chicken out of 10. Awful business practices. we’ll my family will never be going back there. . Chick-fil-a. I paid $35 for a 10 piece meal and extra mash potatoes. We had 3 breast and 6 WINGS. When we called the location we were told that they serve what they have available. They offered to redo the box if we brought the food back in. We were already home. What are rip-off.
