Got attitude from drive thru worker when I decided to order a specific item. I told I then it was no problem to wait he said it take 3-5 minutes 20 minutes later I get my food starving I assume they did there job bagging all my food as they took their time with it so I head on home to eat. And right when I open my bag I’m missing items and I try to call multiple times to no answer if anyone would like to contact me I’d be more than happy to speak with someone

My expectations were already low for this place. Went yesterday between what would be considered the busy times and still took forever. The website and the actual store have seemingly different menus and pricing. My order was wrong and I had to go back three times to get it corrected. Who owns this place and why are you letting it go downhill like this? Unless you want it to fail? Won’t be back.

Love this pandemic standout as a take out favorite. The chickens are rarely if ever over-done or stale. And the rice and beans are just a bite of heavenly spoonful one after another, with just enough heat to kick it up a little more and make you wanting for more. This location is getting more popular. Last night I counted 8 cars in the drive through line and they were still able to keep things going at a respectable pace. Don’t forget about the seasonally available Turkey meals. We tried it and it was absolutely !

Terrible service and waste of money, I ordered delivery and waited an hour and a half just for my food to get here cold. I watched as my first delivery driver cancelled upon waiting. Then the second driver had to wait even more and I feared I would go without my meal but it finally got here, cold as it could possibly be and I did not enjoy my meal.

Popeye’s is just a little more expensive than cheaper competitors but man that spicy chicken was crispy and delicious. The side was a little smaller than expected because of the cup design, but also yummy (mac and cheese). Entering the right parking lot for this place can be a little confusing from either direction, but not bad and the drive thru moved at a good pace. And I always love when you can at least look at part of the menu before you pull up to order.
