Location was not busy at all. We were the only party ordering dine in and it still took 10+ minutes for our food to come out. I’m guessing it’s because this location is so slow that they cook to order. Food was good but not great, Fry’s tasted a little old but the wraps were good.

The food here was absolutely disgusting. We waited 30 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich. There were only 2 cars in front of us, and from what we could tell, they didn’t order much. The dude who took our payment didn’t take our payment untilaftee he took the order of 3 more people behind us. Afterwards, it looked like he went into the kitchen to grab our food, which I didn’t think much of at the time until afterwards, but doesn’t a cool usually assemble the sandwich? I’m pretty sure the dude who took our payment made our food then handed it to us without ever having washed his hands. I didn’t even think of this until after I ate half my sandwich. It was the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had from Popeyes. There was so much mayo that the bun fell apart and the fried skin of the chicken patty was sliding off. When I contacted customer service, they tried to offer me 500 Popeyes points which is less of the value than 1 chicken sandwich, and we waited 30 minutes for that garbage. I refused. Id rather just leave this review and hopefully take business away from this disgusting location.

The worst chicken sandwich I have ever experienced! What you see is pretty much how I received it. It was so soggy that the breading smeared off! The bun looked like someone dropped it and then stepped on it then threw it in the bag. I just ended up wiping off the chicken breast and eating it plain. Sorry but my family and I will not return here. Ever.

Went to the drive-thru this afternoon to grab a chicken sandwich and the girl told me to hold on. I waited for 3 minutes and asked her if it’s better to come inside. No response. I go park my car and go inside and no one is available to help at the counter. There’s no one in the kitchen. What a joke

2nd time this month and my order gets messed up. When I try to contact them or talk to someone I get the run around. 1st time order the family meal that comes with sides and didn’t get along with the spicy wings that came plain. 2nd time order spicy wings again and asked if I can get the sauce its supposed to come with and came plain again. Why is there an option for flavored wings if I get them plain?

It truly sucks, because they don’t honor specials even though they’re advertised on TV. The Foyer is closed 90% of the time and the employees truly suck. There there to grab as much money as they can while the store is open.

As a 8 months pregnant disabled Veteran, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After waiting patiently in the drive thru for over 10 minutes, I was given the incorrect order which I did not discover until making it home. I had to make plates with what was correct and then head back to the location because they do not answer the phone. I called 5x. Nonetheless once I arrived I showed them their error, there was no apologies for the inconvenience nor was there anyone trying to right the wrong or compensate me for the time and gas I wasted. Not to mention there was no one working the front cashier so I had to keep saying “excuse me” until someone came up to help me and everyone else in there who had incorrect orders.

I been coming to this location because it’s closer to my house, they always take long time to make the orders even if they’re not busy but yesterday I had the worst experience in a fast food restaurant it took 45 minutes to have my order ready, I ask to talk to the manager all she has to say was *we have other things going on and we are busy*. Never in my life going back to this place. Managers are rude and they don’t know anything about customer service satisfaction.
