Being the most honest review, reflecting, the most honest work. I believe that the manager is giving his all only because it shows they messed up on an order but anything can be fixed so it’s not really an issue. I just have to wait a little longer being that it’s fried chicken and everything else behind it. It’s just a little patience for this restaurant, but your service is good they give it their all to you. It’s just a fast pace type of food that they got in this industry. There’s an older lady who seems to be the leader and she is great with people. It’s easy to make a drive anywhere else, but I want this place to stay open, so I stay loyal. I’ll come back. The younger ones, well they’re young. But all of them are working. It’s just a fast paced spot with a patient turnaround. So you’ll see a lot of waiting but it makes sense.

The worst chicken sandwich I have ever experienced! What you see is pretty much how I received it. It was so soggy that the breading smeared off! The bun looked like someone dropped it and then stepped on it then threw it in the bag. I just ended up wiping off the chicken breast and eating it plain. Sorry but my family and I will not return here. Ever.

Horrific service when it comes to doordash drivers. Employees having us wait. Either drive thru or front door. I’ve given this business multiple chances before writing a bad review. I typically don’t, but only when needed. I hope their service towards doordashers get better. It’s unfair to the customer waiting 20+ min for a order.

I don’t know what they are doing at this Popeye’s. But they need to keep it going. The chicken is always done right and the Mac and cheese almost tastes homemade. The biscuits are pretty fresh as well. I drive 10 minutes down the 91 to go to this location specifically.

Ordered the flounder, which I’ve had at a different location and was great. This time it was disappointing. It was night and day compared to the flounder I had before. It took over fifteen minutes to complete my order and got a sorry, soggy sandwich. Get some training. Bunch of rookies at this location last Wednesday afternoon. Going elsewhere from now on.
