It is really a dirty restaurant in every sense of the word. Very, very bad food and substandard service. Spoiled food with a terrible smell. My only fault was that I did not go to the police to file a complaint. They stopped me.

Around 8:15 – 8:30 pm but nobody eating inside and pick up too.
And you know, they could not see the receipt on their machine. They need from customers, so they ask to have 8 mins to make it
The staff is friendly but they seems slowly and you need to repeat from 3 to 4 times instead of one time only like other fastfood locations !!! Sorry but have to say this. Almost drive thru pick up for quickly time, so I think the app and service should be improved here, or you can close this quiet area!

Drove up waited to order on 11/11/2025 around 12:45pm after about 5 minutes drove to window to order. Two customers waiting for register nobody at drive up window or front registers. Super disappointed to have not tried it but feel lucky after reading the reviews. Tried to stop by on a whim without checking reviews for this location. Went instead to Dave’s Hot Chicken in Fountain Valley. No drive up but food took 12 minutes and was hot and delicious with nice people working there.

The promotions and deals are very reasonably priced, which is a real relief these days with everything getting more expensive. I’m grateful for restaurants like Popeyes! The Spicy Chicken Sandwich and dark meat chicken are always delicious and consistently satisfying.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I am a Popeyes lover, but this location is THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND THEY ARE CONSISTANT WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY over the years.
1. The chicken sandwichs are mostly always so soggy, like they have been sitting in it’s container for 3+ hours. They have given me a soggy sandwich and 2 bottom buns before but it’s highly likely the sandwich is soggy if you don’t go during peak hours.
2. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!! If you order sauce through drive thru or the app they will always forget to put the sauce you wanted and if you ask for it they say to pay, even though you already paid for it!!
3. The quality of their wings has gone downhill. Last order I got from popeyes was the final straw. I didn’t even get wings I got wing Jerky. The wings were dry and the meat tasted and looked like it was fried at least 5 times, and there wasn’t even any flats in the order. It was old chicken %.
4. If you dine in and order they will sometimes forget about your order while they take care of drive thru people first. I remember putting a order for 2 sandwiches it took them 15 minutes of standing around and talking to each other before I complained and then they made it right away.
Why am I so hostile?? I have been here 10+ times cause it’s close. And there has never been a time where the customer service or the quality of food has been good.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEY GET PAID 20$/HR TO NOT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT ANYTHING!!!! GO TO ANY OTHER POPEYES LOCATION. I have absolutely lost my chill. This place sucks, I wouldn’t surprised if people got food poisoning from this location

If I could give a million NEGATIVE stars I would! Spent almost $50 on this visit, chicken had NO SEASONING whatsoever, spicy nor the mild! Tasted like they refried it to make it hot because it was VERY DRY. Biscuits tasted and looked undercooked but were as hard as a hockey puck! Macaroni and cheese was old! Mashed potatoes was the only thing that was decent. Definitely will not be coming back to this location as this is the THIRD time of the same awful quality of food. 3 strikes you’re out! Waste of money! Save yourself the same and go to another location, just NOT this one, HORRIBLE! Family didn’t even want to finish eating the food so I had to cook. POPEYES… monitor your locations before they ruin your business!

12:30pm-Lunch time visit. I was horrified When I went to grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered 2 chicken legs and 2 buttermilk biscuits….. I received ALL COLD 2 dried out burnt pieces of chicken and 1 buttermilk BRICK(images attached). I immediately called the Popeye’s and spoke to the manager Ana and told her I would be back for a refund or a replacement order she was very nice and told me to come back through the drive thru. I came back I received a replacement and an extra chicken leg and biscuit…. My issue and reason for this review is I went to this fast food restaurant at an hour (12:30PM) when I should have received good hot fresh food at the time of my order and I DID NOT! I was inconvenienced with a second trip back and I wasted my gas and time to go back to the restaurant establishment for a replacement or refund. I won’t be returning to this fast food restaurant because if I was given food fried chicken cold, dried out, burnt and biscuit that was cold and hard as a brick at the busiest part of their day…. Not happy with my order. Have been eating at Popeyes for years and have never had such a poor experience. Food was cold. Could not even eat. Chicken tenders were not fresh and mostly crunchy pieces. Mac n cheese tasted old and had hard pieces of cheese at the bottom of the container. Mashed potatoes tasted dirty and had an odd odor. Food is expensive and at the price asked, I expected a good and hot meal, but got a sad excuse for a chicken dinner. Never going back to this location again. Very disappointed.

I ordered a 12 peice meal which comes with 2 larger side. The sides were only filled half way, when I asked why the staff stated that I only get three scoops per large container, I was trying to feed 6 people and half of a large container wasn’t going to feed 6. I ask for a refund and ended up going to KFC. I felt bad for wasting food but I felt cheated. The staff which was very professional and apologetic was the only reason I left 3 stars because they were just doing their job and doing what they were trained to do. Popeye’s charges $7 for the side on its own and to only fill it half way they should get new containers so people see how much food they are really getting.
