I really love Popeyes so I come here with the hopes of getting good food. This place is extremely limited in the high desert, so it’s really sad that they always disappoint. The chicken is disgusting. It is always old, very hard and not edible. This was my last time coming here as I had asked for fresh chicken and was told that the chicken had just come out. However, the chicken they gave me was extremely old and nasty. There is no way that this chicken was fresh. I can’t spend money on an establishment where the employees will lie. I believe they took old chicken and just refried it to make it hot.

I love good fried chicken and good tenders. Of all the fast food places they are my fav when it comes to chicken. Yes the tenders are good. They are not the biggest tenders. But very good. I recommend the spicy. Very good flavor and not overly spicy. Their desserts are very good. Their apple pie or the strawberries n cream one. Mmmm. They have the best chicken sandwich. Get it with the sweet heat sauce. Yummy. I have had some issues with this location in past years. But I have to say they have gotten a lot better and no issues last number of times. I order ahead on the app and rarely have any much of a wait. They always have deals in the app.

I should have known better than to recommend this place. My mom went to try it with my son and this is what they received for $35. Paper thin, flat chicken tenders and a sad sandwich. The sides were probably the only acceptable thing.
I couldn’t believe these tenders. I’ve never seen flat tenders before. They were nasty. The staff was not very kind and do not communicate well. We will definitely not be returning here again. What a joke.
It’s too bad we didn’t notice the chicken was nonexistent until we got home or we would have given all the food back.

This is my favorite Popeyes to go to when I lived in the high desert. The staff is always courteous, the food is hot, the restaurant is relatively clean. I’ll make it a point when I go up there just to go to this particular restaurant..

Main place to go since I have a 4 year old that’s a picky eater. I love their app giving choices for a deal. Normally choose wings but when I also ordered thighs, was disappointed due to it being undercooked. The texted day ordered again and talked to a worker and they told me in a “smart” tone that there’s nothing they could do. I guess selling under cooked chicken to customers are more important.

my first time going there, they ended up messing my order up because of the vendor machine, and I was almost going to be double paid for some stuff that I really didn’t want, which was mashed potatoes. When I specifically said I wanted a large fry.

I’m not too sure if it’s cooked all the time perfectly fine because I don’t really go there because I only have Ebt and I was trying to call them to see if they would answer their phone which they’re not to see if they take Ebt food as well but they’re not answering their phone.
And the atmosphere was kind of tense because when she was talking to me, she seemed like she didn’t wanna talk to you or be bothered with you, which I get it. Some customers can be very annoying, but you shouldn’t take it out on innocent customers Who come in just to get food.

The managers of this establishment are rude and disrespectful. My family has supported this business for years and unfortunately we will not be returning customers after the behavior your employees displayed in both person AND on the phone (I have names of all the employees involved.) I came to this decision after the treatment your DISTRICT MANAGER displayed last week. This disgusting behavior your employees deem appropriate that seems to not be held accountable shown through other reviews that have been written is the last straw. Please list the number of someone I can speak to in a higher position than the store manager or district manager because they are in cahoots which is the problem and condones what behavior is accepted towards guests. I would love to speak with someone actually in charge about my grievances who I haven’t spoke to already without bad attitude and explicit rudeness. Very disappointed with the customer service at this popeyes!!!!
