Disappointing. For the price we paid did not get the sauces ordered and didn’t realize until we were long gone. Limited on ice and I cannot stand these ordering Kiosk machines. Staff is helping people order in it-so what’s the difference if you order with the staff at the counter??

I really like Popeyes chicken, especially the spicy. Their chicken sandwich is one of my favorites. Their chicken tenders are good but can be a little thin. Their best sauce is their sweet heat. Love the pies as well. They have the best fries. Trust me on this one. The staff are usually really nice. The drive-through can be slow. So I usually go inside as I always try to use the app to order. Wait times can vary for food and have some longer wait times.

I’ve been to MANY Popeyes, ( and I’m from Louisiana), .. this particular one impresses me every time I go to Victorville. It’s on Bear Valley Rd., just off the Freeway. Many Popeyes serve cold chicken, fries, and/ or red beans. NOT THIS ONE. They are quick and the chicken is always hot and fresh. Great job to the workers here.

After a long, stressful day at school, my little sister was excited to try the Five Nights at Freddy’s meal at Popeyes…something she’d been looking forward to all week. We walked in expecting a simple, quick order, but instead we got some of the worst customer service I’ve seen at any fast-food place.
First, the employees told us we “had to use the kiosk,” but the FNAF meal didn’t even show up on the screen. So my sister politely asked an employee for the meal, and somehow that was enough to make them act annoyed and rude for no reason. Their attitude was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. My sister walked out unhappy and disappointed, and now her whole view of Popeyes is ruined because of how badly she was treated.
Honestly, if this is how they treat customers. Especially, kids then that’s just bad business. Popeyes really needs to fix their service, because this experience was horrible from start to finish.

Everytime I visit this Popeyes my experience isn’t that pleasant. They always seem to be out of dipping sauces. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my food today. The food was below average. My fries were cold. The chicken was good though. Crispy and fresh. I’m unsure if I would come back to this Popeyes location.

Service was fast, but got a large coleslaw and they served it half ways. Not enough for everyone. Its unacceptable when its advertised on the picture filled up. Last time we visit any popeyes in the high desert. The other one on hesperia rd is even worse.

Waited 30 minutes for our meal and everyone who came in after us was served before us. Food is not good enough for that long of a wait. Unacceptable service. The excuse was “we had to fry more chicken”
